The installers leaked epoxy in the new cabinet , I didn't notice till it dried the next day. The installers came in and walked all over with wet slushy boots. They didn't put anything down on floors to protect them till my husband put towels down to clean up their mess, then they went to there truck and got a drop cloth. All other contractors we hired dropped cloths or put on coverings on their shoes as not to dirty our house. So if using bedrock please request that they drop their drop clothes before the slosh up your floors.

I did call customer service and they replaced it but it shouldn't of ever happened. I noticed that the way they cut my kitchen opening piece was also wrong. Overall bad workmanship and the dings in the walls only created more headaches.

It had the original cabinets from the 1970s. The shelves weren't even, and there was barely any counter space to work with. We knew we wanted to replace all the cabinets, get quartz counterop, and upgrade the layout to be more functional. We called another competitor first, and they quoted us that the bare minimum of what we were asking for would be over $45,000, which was more than twice our budget. When we met Bill, he wasn't pushy or salesy. We told him our budget and what we were looking for, and he was able to meet every expectation. It took about 8 weeks for our cabinets to come in/be made. Immediately after that, Joe and the crew came and completed our kitchen renovation within 2 weeks. My partner and I work from home, and the renovation did not disturb our workflow at all. We'll definitely be working with them again in the future when we update our bathrooms!

Had our kitchen done 25 years before and it took months to be completed (a true nightmare). Joe Allen was so patient with us because we had no idea what we wanted plus he designed a perfect change that we needed. Every morning he showed up to check on the job and even helped with moving out all our old appliances. I enjoyed working with his son who also help in picking out backsplash and colors. We were so pleased with them that I would call them again and highly recommend them. Whats nice you can tell they love what they are doing and their work shows it.
