Horrific service. Person on the phone tried to tell me I only had to be at the airport 30 min before flight and they wouldn't send someone another time. I specified I like to be early, and wanted a cab for 90 min before boarding, to be there an hour before. She tried to tell me no then acquiesced, after asking what time my flight left and trying to plan my day for me. The cab was not there when I asked, and so I called, and the dispatcher said the driver was going to be there in a minute. 10 min later I called back, and she said he was in traffic. I went out and looked: there was NO traffic. I asked for another cab and the dispatcher told me to stop getting mad and deal with it. When the driver showed up the seats were ripped, he tried to tell me I didn't need to be at the airport early, and he wouldn't leave. (I have photos). Horrific company, I will be reporting them to the better business bureau: it's THAT bad. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Driver was was very nice and showed up fast after phone call from Killeen airport. The actual cab was old as hell and nasty, I'm glad it was night time so I couldn't see it as well. I was given an estimated time of 10-15 minutes for pickup. I called after 25 minutes and was told that someone was within 5 minutes. I received a call 38 minutes (yes THIRTY EIGHT) after my original call saying that they did not have a taxi for us after all. It would have been nice to know this information up front and not been lied to when we called to check. I will never ever use this taxi service again and cannot, with a good conscience, recommend it to anyone. read more

Well over an hour late, the dispatcher kept telling me they just came through the gate like three times which would put them mere minutes away from me (she was lying) dirty torn up cabs, inappropriate topic of conversation from cab driver, just horrible horrible company. Lady was 5 minutes early and very friendly. She had a very nice personality and got me to work quickly and safely. I was skeptical at first when the phone was constantly busy when I tried calling along with some of the bad reviews, but the experience was overall good. The cars are old, but comfy. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. My husband and I have called them 3 times and definitely will not ever again even if another company is more expensive. The first time there was no ac and the driver had the windows down while it was raining and didn't seem to care at all, the second driver was fine but even he admitted that the cars looked terrible and shouldn't pass inspection, and the third time was the worst. Cigarette smoke, windows opened, no ac and the back of the seats were torn off. Not to mention the driver was rude and leaning back in the seat with one hand on the wheel like he didn't care about our presence at all. This company by far is not luxury. read more

I travelled to Killeen, TX for business and this was my first time ever stepping foot into Texas. Being from NYC I had no idea what to expect! I ended up looking online a week before my flight to find a suitable transportation company and I ended up finding Luxury Cab Co. Given the name of their company (which turns out was a horrible mistake) I decided to make a reservation for a pickup for myself and a few other partners from my firm (im an attorney) who were also flying into the beautiful little Killeen Regional Airport. Come time for the pick up we were expecting them to get their about 15 min after our flight to arrive, low and behold they showed up an hour late. By the time they got to the airport, the whole luxury idea went right out the door when the driver greeted us with a late 90's model Lincoln town car filled with trash and shook our hands with a cigarette in his hands. I was furious, we ended up calling Newport Executive Transport, to take care of us. NEVER USE THIS TAXI COMPANY UNLESS YOU CARE TO BE IN COMPLETE SMOKE, AND TRASH! HAD TO ASK THEM TO TURN ON THE AC IN 110 DEGREE TEMPS!!! WTF?? read more

The cars are not serviced properly and the cab drivers are not professional. When I complained, they told me the owner would call me back. The owner never made contact with me. read more

I have used this company twice and never will again. The first time they were 15 minutes late, after I called twice to find out when they would arrive. The driver played very loud music early in the morning and kept clapping with both his hands while driving. He kept asking me if I was married and telling me that my husband was a lucky man. The second time I used this company, they were 10 minutes late before I called to check on the status, only to find out that the taxi had not left for my house yet. For this trip I made the reservation the day before. They arrived 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time, the time I wanted to get to the airport. When I called the dispatcher again, I was told I should be good for my flight; I replied that I am not a 'should be good' person, plans are made for a reason. The taxi showed up 45 minutes late as I was packing my car to leave. When he arrived, he told me that he wasn't told I was waiting. The taxi driver was very nice though. I tried to give the company the benefit of a doubt the first time but I would not recommend here forward. Try to find another form of transportation before using this company. read more

Used them because my truck was getting worked on. Got picked up quickly because it was a slow part of the day. Had 2 rides and both were pretty nasty. The cars were falling apart the headlight literally was falling out of one. The car was nasty; they were stained, smelled and looked like they had never been cleaned. Price was expensive for what I was expecting. Haven't seen anything this bad since I went to a foreign country which is why it gets 2 instead of 1 star. Dont think Ill use them again and definitely wouldnt recommend it. read more

Terrible service. Called the night before to make a reservation and they were there the next morning at 5:00am as requested. That was the only plus I can give them. The car was a mess, dirty and smelling like cigarette smoke. Although they have a sign on the window, no smoking. The driver was a young foreign female, very rude, no customer service skills at all. Her driving skills were questionable, driving way below the speed limit. I was afraid I would be late for check-in. The price was a bit expensive and she definitely did not get a tip. I suggest they consider changing the name, it is definitely not luxury status. This is false advertising. I will not use this company again. read more

One star. I do not recommend this to ANYONE. I was picked up 15 minutes LATE which made me late to the airport, I had to rush once I got there. The car reeked of cigarettes and perfume. The female that was driving chose to take an "inside road" to the airport which only cost me more cash at the end. She was on the phone the WHOLE ride which is why I'm guessing she took this "inside road" because if she would have taken the highway she would have had to hang up because she wouldn't have been able to hear this person on the speakerphone. Mind you I could hear the whole conversation between her and the person. Very inappropriate. Lots of swearing. At one point I heard the guy on the phone say "I'll let you play with my d*ck if you want to" and the female just laughed it off. Needless to say the ending price was very steep, more than they had originally quoted therefore I gave no tip and will never use them again. read more

My car was getting fixed so I caught a ride to school but called luxury cab to pick me up. They were quick and the car was clean. What I didn't like was the rap music being played because it sounded horrible and low budget. It was very expensive and I was confused about their rates because online they say that its $2.50 per mile but I was charged $5.00 just for one mile. I ended up owing $15.00 for 3 miles. On top of that instead of taking the highway they use the longer routes. I will never use them again. I don't even know why they are still in business. read more
