He picked me up in Llano and drove me about 40 minutes to Marble Falls where I had a U-Haul truck waiting, pointing out cool landmarks and places of interest along the way. We arrived at my destination in Marble Falls, only for me to discover that my U-Haul reservation had fallen through. I made some calls to find another option nearby, and Eugene was kind enough to wait around and stay in the area just in case I needed to go somewhere else. Sure enough, I needed another ride, and he was kind enough to provide it at no extra cost. Eugene is a great guy and the only person you should call for a ride when you're in the area - he will save your bacon like he saved mine!

We had two carseats for the ride which he very generously dropped back off at our house, and had the consideration to wrap them in plastic bags so they wouldn't get damaged. She said she doesn't know and asked me spell out the name of the town it is in. I did and she said she never heard of that and said my English skill was very poor with a contempt tone. Then I realized maybe I called the wrong number, but She hang up without even letting me finish. Throughout this call I was just asking questions that she didn't know. I specified I like to be early, and wanted a cab for 90 min before boarding, to be there an hour before. She tried to tell me no then acquiesced, after asking what time my flight left and trying to plan my day for me. The cab was not there when I asked, and so I called, and the dispatcher said the driver was going to be there in a minute. 10 min later I called back, and she said he was in traffic. I went out and looked: there was NO traffic. I asked for another cab and the dispatcher told me to stop getting mad and deal with it. When the driver showed up the seats were ripped, he tried to tell me I didn't need to be at the airport early, and he wouldn't leave. (I have photos). Horrific company, I will be reporting them to the better business bureau: it's THAT bad. If I could give zero stars I would.

Anticipating this possibility I opted to pay upon completion of service.
