Over the course of 10 visits , they taught me some really cool stretches and weight bearing excersises that I could do at home on a regular basis to help heal the tendon. Ironically, I had to follow that up with 2 foot surgeries so continued my pleasant visits at this location, learning how to heal quicker and gain back my mobility and strength. They also taught my husband how to fix his posture and the results were almost instant (although he has to keep up the moves on a regular basis to maintain the results).
