This place is a joke. I had some lower back pain on a Sunday and drove all the way down here 30 minutes. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment and they would not see me even though there was not a single person in the office and they did not close for another hour and five minutes. Obviously, this doctor is not out to help people who are in pain and does not care about peoples issues. I joined around two months ago. I've been feeling much better. I decided to do a review so people could learn of the convenience. You pay a fee per month which entitles you to x amount of visits. Then you can come in whenever you like without having an appointment at any location in the US. I personally like Jennifer. She's been helping me with my migraines and it's working! She is very helpful, strong and soothing. I pop in, get aligned and carry on with my day! While on vacation riding the theme parks I felt beat. I had sciatica and I went to couple doctors, hospitals, x-ray, MRI, PT, anything you can think of to treat sciatica, I tried. It's such a hustle to schedule an appointment with chiropractor here. When I found joint, I like the idea of in/out for a quick cracking so I made my first visit last Saturday and Dr. Grace did a good job, I haven't hear the cracking sound from my spine for a while and It feels good. I sign up the monthly plan right after. Live 3 blocks away so the location is convenience for me, the hour is awesome! Open every day!! I just moved into the area and so I am looking for all new service providers. I responded to a Facebook ad and then called in advance and was told that I didn't need an appointment (walk-in service), provided I arrived by 6:00pm. I rushed from work to make the 6:00pm cutoff and was very disappointed that upon arrival I was told that there were other patients in front of me and so I could not be seen. Very frustrated..I left. I don't really know the quality of their services but I was pleased to find a walk in service, especially when your in pain. I do recommend that someone look at this process and make some changes. If you promote walk-in service with a 6:00pm cutoff, it should be adhered to. Sometimes a poor experience can be redeemed and this place did just that. They were quick to call me and accommodate my schedule. Dr Grace was excellent and I am glad to have them as neighbors. read more

Honest review never been to the joint had some stiff neck pain from working out and sleeping wrong. Front Desk was nice and professional. Went to go see one of the chiropractors Israel tong. Seems like decent guy, but seems very new and doesn't know what he's told him I had neck shoulder pain from working out and sleepin wrong. And he pushed on my head kind of hard and I was like oh that hurt a lot because my muscle neck / shoulder is sore and did it 2 other times lighter but still hurts and then tells me I have a basically sprained vertebrae which I don't!!! I have a tight shoulder/neck and after seeing him my neck got more inflamed. Felt a weird tingling sensation after he tried to crack my back and crack my neck. Took a ibuprofen after I left went home and massaged my neck my self for like 20min and felt a little better! But still felt weird after the adjustment At night I started to have a ringing in the ears I noticed that I NEVER Have!!! Got me pissed and concerned to be honest! NOT. COOL!!! I can't speak for the whole practice but definitely seems like a new bee anyway just wanted to write an honest review of my first time going to this place. I definitely would not go back to see him, You have to be Beyond careful! who you trust your neck and spine with. This is NOT like getting a bad hair cut you're talking about your nervous system and spinal cord that can easily get permanently damaged please please people be very careful and evaluate of a who You are trusting your body with. I learned my lesson!!! The hard way still dealing with ringing in my ears, which I never have ringing in my ears!!! don't let this person play around your body. It's no joke! read more

The joint chiropractic is the only business that I've ever heard of that has expiring gift cards/store credit. I was upsold on buying a 6 pack of visits when i was in Miami for winter on the condition that they had local locations in Massachusetts . Shortly after arriving home in Massachusetts the only location in the state closed. I didn't go to Florida this past winter because of Covid. I called a location in New Hampshire after moving further north in Massachusetts, closer to New Hampshire, to see if I could use one of the visits I purchased in 2020. They said they expired after a year. I called the location in Aventura to see if they could make an exemption given the situation and they declined. Each visit is about $40, so I burned $120 on visits to the Joint I couldn't use. Why wouldn't the joint send me a reminder message to say that my sessions were about to expire? This was fine print in a contract I signed over a year ago. Not many people would remember that clause without some form of warning. For example, I have an unused credit at Groupon that never expires. But why not the Joint? They may have made an extra $120 on me but they've definitely lost a customer! I would write a glowing review if we had worked out the situation. read more

This place is amazing! I went in for a serious neck pain thats been bothering me for over a week. The staff was super nice and friendly. The location is super clean, they just open up 3 days ago so it's nice being able to go to a place that's super close and is fairly inexpensive. Dr. Dave is an angel! He worked his magic on my back/shoulder/neck area and did all the adjustment that my body needed. He was very knowledgeable and explain everything he was doing and the reasons why I got this pain. He recommend a certain pillow to avoid any more issues with my neck. Would definitely recommend!!! They even have a wellness plan and for First time patients the visit is $29 rather than $39. I sit all day behind a computer and talk on the phone for my job which has obviously caused terrible back and neck pain. However, since I have been going to the Joint Aventura my back and neck paid has decreased drastically. Dr. Grace and Dr. C have magical hands and the staff and owner are so nice and kind I feel like they are family. not accommodating or accessible for those with full-time jobs or are experiencing acute pain. chiropractor refused visit (after prior arrangements were made) and then claimed they were unable to provide advice to non-patients due to risk of revocation of licensure. please bear this in mind if you are seeking pain relief.
