Every aspect of Closet Factory's staff was terrific--professional, skilled, attentive, conscientious, reliable, and respectful. This is not the place to publish names, but I have made all this known to their owners and management. The design professional that initially visited our home listened to our description of what we wanted, made measurements, added their personal touch, created the perfect design on their laptop as we had described, and reviewed costs with us. No delay, no multiple contacts, no hand sketches, no scratch pads, just state-of-the-art professionalism. We had several other firms visit and did our due diligence. Closet Factory's price was competitive. No other firm compared to Closet Factory's obvious professional and technical prowess. We executed our agreement with Closet Factory, a second person visited to verify dimensions, we finalized the design, and the fabrication of our system went into the production queue. The final installation date was even sooner than originally anticipated. The installation crew was timely and neat, and the work was professionally performed. Every aspect of the entire process was performed solely by Closet Factory staff. I spent my career in the construction industry. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. I put all aspects of my experience with Closet Factory among those of the top firms I have worked with in my career.

Overpriced, over-promised and WAY underdelivered. BUYER BEWARE: When the manager, Rick, finally did discount my final payment, at the very end nonetheless, he appeared to offer a quid pro quo discount, in the same email, asking me to take down my negative reviews. Most shockingly, immediately stating 'why would I take an honest and truthful review', I received a threatening, seemingly retaliatory email, a violation of the consumer protection act and Florida law. If this is a regular practice, coercion, intimidation and retaliatory business practices, it explains why you don't see negative reviews for their company.

Rachel was quite thorough and organized, not to mention patient, as my dad and his 3 adult children tried to figure what items to keep versus give away or sell. In general, dad really didn't think he wanted anything but basic furniture, but thanks to Rachel's work, he ended up with an apartment with his most meaningful possessions as well as exactly the furniture he needed. Rachel kept a Google document with all the items in dad's household, sent photos of all the items dad didn't want, and packed items my dad didn't want separately from his items. She took care of simply everything, from getting multiple quotes from movers (including storage pod options) and vehicle transport companies. Rachel kept us informed through the whole process and my dad went from saying "I don't need anyone to help - I've moved 3 times by myself" to "I don't know what I would have done without Rachel." I can tell you we probably would have been without some family heirlooms... Rachel took her time packing everything and was very conscientious about not overtaxing dad with each visit. She even ended up selling a number of items dad didn't want! I'm seriously thinking about bringing her to California to help organize my house!
