For context, some of the pillar/door body panels on my car needed to be removed in order to access the windshield. They removed them, replaced the windshield, and then replaced the panels afterwards - all with no issues. A couple days later, one of the panels fell off when I was on the highway, and I wasn't able to recover it. Now I'm out an extra $1200 to replace it, and they gave me the "we're not liable for anything except the glass" excuse and have been giving me the silent treatment ever since. Smh.

I showed the tech, whom I believe is also the owner, that the driver's side window drops a quarter inch when you open the door. He said multiple times that he has been tinting for more than 20 years and knows how to do the job. When he finished with the car, a 2020 BMW convertible, I could see that the dot matrix on the windows had not been dry tacked. He also said I could roll down the windows and drop the top right away, which he had me do. I rolled up the windows and raised the top after I left the shop. Any seasoned, professional tinted will tell you to wait AT LEAST 24 hours, if not 3 days, before rolling the windows down. The tech told me he had rolled the windows down and dropped the top already. By the time I got home (2.5 hours away), I could see the bubbles at the lower quarter inch of the driver's side window. There was also a sloppy cut on the bottom of the rear quarter panel on the driver's side. In addition, the passenger's side window has 4 or 5 "specks" of something that got trapped between the film and the glass. There are other imperfections on four windows that have not "worked themselves out," as the guy said they would aftwr 2 days. The rear window seems to be the only decent tint on the car. Unacceptable. He also let his wife drive my car from the garage to the front parking spot, which is unconventional. There were a couple of positives worth mentioning, to be fair. He did let me know about a scratch in a window that may or may not be more visible with the tint. He and the young woman working the counter were both friendly. Unfortunately, my calls to bring the car in for a tint fix were unanswered over a four-hour period when the shop was allegedly open the following Monday, which is fine because in the end, I'm not confident the issues would be resolved a second time around. I made an appointment with a shop that has stellar reviews to get the tint fixed. I'm looking at paying an additional $200 on what initially cost $298 for ceramic tint. This amount does not include the additional 5-hour round trip I will have to make. The tech said it only took him 1.5 hours to install the tint. I would have gladly waited 3 hours to have the job done right.

Customer service is very good and rather impressive considering the general lack if it here in Odessa. The tint has been placed for a couple of months, it comes with a great warranty, so far no bubbles and no creases or problems. They schedule appointments and availability is not ridiculous like most places and may accommodate you within a day or two. They have different types of tint from the best heat rejection to the lowest and they have a device that will show you the difference in heat rejection abilities of film! Very nice! Money well spent! I am a returning customer, and I recommend them for auto tinting.

Then arrived to my appointment on time and no one was even there yet at 8am, finally 5 min went by and employees showed up and I was given another estimate that was more cost but still reasonable, being I had an older model car with some older tint on it. Then an hour goes by with my car still at exclusive tint and I get a call that the price would be even more now because my car had some type of "glue" on it. The price has now changed 3 times and gone up by $300. I finally after 6.5 hours got to get my vehicle and the price was CHANGED again! I go onto ask and they tell me due to taxes it was that amount but it just did not add up. So I pay and later on call back because my tint is lighter than I expected and turns out they indeed over charge me after I even asked 2 times!! i was frustrated by now and the lady in the front wasn't even going to tell me all the requirements for after care until I asked myself. I was refunded the amount but I was not given a call back just a text that it was done.I wanted and still want a broken down re of the services and all the prices, but they could not give me that and still have not. I was concerned naturally about damaging the new paint and swirl marks etc. Allen said he could get the paint off and buff it to a shine. Well, about 5 hours later, I get a call that they were done. OMG!!! It's like you can reach right through into my paint!! A beautiful mirror finish!! No swirls.. Looks like when I took it off of the showroom floor!!
