Then arrived to my appointment on time and no one was even there yet at 8am, finally 5 min went by and employees showed up and I was given another estimate that was more cost but still reasonable, being I had an older model car with some older tint on it. Then an hour goes by with my car still at exclusive tint and I get a call that the price would be even more now because my car had some type of "glue" on it. The price has now changed 3 times and gone up by $300. I finally after 6.5 hours got to get my vehicle and the price was CHANGED again! I go onto ask and they tell me due to taxes it was that amount but it just did not add up. So I pay and later on call back because my tint is lighter than I expected and turns out they indeed over charge me after I even asked 2 times!! i was frustrated by now and the lady in the front wasn't even going to tell me all the requirements for after care until I asked myself. I was refunded the amount but I was not given a call back just a text that it was done.I wanted and still want a broken down re of the services and all the prices, but they could not give me that and still have not. I would not recommend unless you want unprofessional staff and to pay over $500 for some tint that is not even what you asked for.

First they burned my car with a heat gun and did a lousy job on my quarter panels. Took it back to get it redone. I had to practically beg them to redo it and they shredded the interior gasket around my windows. Ended up being over $250 dollars in damage and to top it all off I go out to my car today and one of my windows is peeling. Absolutely awful! I hate my car now because it's constantly been in the shop and I still don't have a decent looking tint.

Of all the crazy things that can happen, a vulture flew into my windshield halfway through my drive…read morefrom Houston to Odessa! Completely shattered the middle of my windshield but praise God I still had great visibility from my driver side view. I pulled over onto the shoulder of the road and called various repair shops in towns along the remainder of my route seeing if anyone could fix my windshield along my way. This incident occured around 3 pm on a Friday afternoon and every place I called advised they needed to order a new windshield and the quickest time they could repair it would be the following Tuesday. That didn't work for my schedule. Luckily while I was calling around, my dad was also calling around to repair shops in the Odessa/Midland area. Alas, he found our hero, the amazing, Dante at Onyx Tint! Dante was able to order the part and went into the shop BY HIMSELF the very next morning, while the rest of the Onyx staff was off for the day and repaired my windshield within the time it took my dad and I to have a nice breakfast at nearby, Jimmy's Egg and to do a little shopping nearby. Rain was also in the forecast for the day and Dante got us outta the way and back home to Odessa with my vehicle spotlessly repaired before the rain began. I can not give Dante/Onyx Tint enough praise for this amazing above and beyond service I received! Thanks to Dante there was no disruption to my Odessa trip, I was able to travel back safely to Houston without worry and my windshield looks good as new. My first time was on my 02 Camry and they did a…read moreamazing job tinting it I loved it , I was only 16 at the time so I really couldn't get any else done to my car,My Second time was a couple days ago to tint my truck it's amazing , and they worked with my really busy schedule shout out pedro for working with me on that , the only bad thing I had to say was that they didn't put the eyebrow tint on my truck even tho I bought the most expensive package and when I was 16 I I bought a cheaper package and still got the eyebrow tint (would love it if they can install it on my truck for free ), Other than that I'm bringing in my truck to be worked on other services that they offer, over all 9/10 definitely will recommend to anyone

The…read moreowner professed to be God fearing but several items were taken from my truck. 2 weeks turned to 6 and I was charged for tint that was never put on. My good headlight which was very expensive was swapped out with one that never came on, and the driver headlight that was in the accident was never replaced. Instead they rigged up my highbeam to work in its place. I was referred here by a shady individual who hit my vehicle who was a so called pastor and the owner is his friend. I was quoted a price and then double charged and even left a balance even though I was ripped off. The owner even took my grandads firearm from my truck which was in a hidden compartment that Noone had any business going into. I was told the vehicle was ready, I left work early in an uber just to wait 2 more hours. I was then told I had to pay double the quote and then he added an additional balance.This was all to deflect all the things they had done. Knowing I was moving, starting a new job, and didnt have a rental car.The owner knew I was in transition with no friends family or rental car and 2 weeks turned to 6. I am so heart broken that a man professing the name of Jesus would take advantage of me in this way.The more I need certain items and go search for them I realize how much was actually taken from my vehicle.
