I just wanted to clarify my experience -- short and simple- you confirmed an appt you didn't keep and then decided not to accept a project/work further because my tone of frustration (of which your lack of communications was the root cause ) was not acceptable. You say you "value mutual respect and clear communication in every client relationship. " Unfortunately, you didn't even communicate until I contacted you to ask if you were still coming. You left me waiting without notification so that's already contradictory to what you value. Management then chose not to continue to work with me because they felt the tone and nature of response was not acceptable after an apology The truth is...No one called to apologize or acknowledge the no show until after I called. You can't expect to gain respect if you don't give it. Although you had an emergency at 7am (our scheduled appt was 10am), it doesn't take more than 5 sec to send a quick message to cancel. You had 3 hours to cancel an appt you couldn't make. So it is for the same reason that I prefer not to work with your company. I also value respect and clear communication which did not occur with your tone and lack of accountability in how you handled the matter. Hopefully this feedback will help future prospective clients. I hate dealing with those. Vinny the owner, driving by, saw my roof and offered to give a quote. Seemed like a personable sort of guy so I took him up on it, Was very low key, gave me a great quote and a quick start time. And I knew it was a low quote because a neighbor had work done within the year (with popular company), but at a lot more. Everything happened on the timeframe discussed and Vinny kept me updated the whole time. The whole roof was replaced in a day, looks great by the way. The crew kept the mess to a minimum and actually left my sidewalk and driveway cleaner that then when they arrived. They took great lengths to clean EVERTHING afterwards.
