Apologies after the fact don't mean much- especially when a potential customer has to hunt you down to find out why you didn't show to a scheduled appointment, and then you don't return their call- you email them. Her basement was a mess! Beyond it being filled with decades of stuff, the walls were "weeping" and a large puddle was forming in one portion of her basement. John did a walk-through with me and thoroughly explained what was occurring. I signed the estimate, which kindly included him and his staff moving all the "stuff" away from the walls to the center of the basement. H-U-G-E task. Before the job started we hit an unexpected bump in the road (the removal of some asbestos floor tiling, which NYS required licensed professionals to handle). John calmly walked me through the process and was able to work with me and my timeline. All throughout the project John would update me, even sending me pics, when I was not able to get over to Mom's house. He was honest about his abilities, and took the time to meet with me and answer questions after the project was completed and paid for.
