First time trying Luxury Maids WPB. Never again. Just asked for Mopping Floors and doing Bathrooms, simple. Tub floors never done [2] and Master Bath sinks were done with an abrasive pad of some sort, can't remove the Scratch marks [etched]. I contacted the company and spoke to Sylvia the same day [Tuesday 7/23] Cleaning was done. Found out she is one of the owners ?. Sent Pictures, followed with Description of the problems. No response, just asked for my E-mail. Contacted her on Wednesday by text message, only response was, she will get back to me. Today is Friday [7/26]. No text, E-mail or phone call. 3 Days and Nothing. Communication...None, Problem Resolution... None. True measure of a Service business is How to handle Customer issues. Total Fail !!! 07/26 Just heard from Sylvia, Denied any issues. Surprised ? No, Will not take responsibility . We Lost our House cleaner of many years due to a move, Never had a problem. Called in and asked if they could send somebody just to do the floors upstairs only one room had furniture in it. I am just moving into a new house make sure they speak complete English and could we have a consult first they sent out two girls spoke English spent four hours upstairs charge me $360 for doing much of nothing then they break a mop because they cannot read the words slot pad here they tried to attach it the other end and push it in the bucket like that, they saw an expensive home and they charge a lot of money for nothing read more

This is the first time I've had a cleaning service for my property and from my initial contact with the office to the final inspection I was totally satisfied. This job was completed by the two Maria's who did a great job. They cleaned everything from the walls, floors and bathrooms to the woodwork, appliances and ceiling fans. Michelle the supervisor showed up and also helped with the cleaning. They showed up on time and performed the work in a professional manner. I recently moved to Florida and am renting a house from a relative. My relative moved out in a hurry, and as a result, the house was an absolute mess. Yelp had great ratings for Luxury Maids, so I made a reservation for some people to come over for 6 hours. One of the reasons I chose them over other services is because they clean windows; some businesses only clean a certain number of windows. The woman on the phone with whom I made the reservation mentioned they don't usually get jobs this big before. Two women came on time and they were quick with cleaning the kitchen, dining area, and living room on the first floor - they finished cleaning these areas in two hours! They then went upstairs to clean 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - this part took four hours, which was pretty surprising. I understand that cleaning is exhausting and will slow you down after a couple of hours, BUT almost all of the mess was on the first floor! There was one bed mattress, two filing cabinets, a bedside table, and several lamps TOTAL (among three bedrooms), so getting around the furniture was definitely not an issue. I'm pretty sure they were just dragging the hours to bring the total up to 6 hours. The other problem I noticed was the difference in cleaning quality between the two women. The older of the two (in her 40s?) cleaned the master bedroom and the kitchen downstairs. After they left, I noticed MANY of the cabinets in the bathroom and the ones under the sinks in the master bathroom were not cleaned. In fact, there were many areas in the master bedroom that didn't look like they had been touched... It was a disappointment. The other woman did a pretty great job! Overall, I would not recommend this business to people who need a deep clean for more than a couple of hours. I'm giving Luxury Maids an extra star for their younger staff member who did a wonderful job and for the fact that the house seemed, for the most part, cleaner. If you hire them, I sincerely hope your experience with them is must better than mine was. read more

Again, Luxury pulled through for us! My sister in law had another baby and for all the moms out there, after a certain point, bending down just isn't an option. We scheduled another 3 hour cleaning and I asked them to call me if they needed anything. They called us halfway through to tell us that we're going to need more time and wanted to get approval. I also didn't know at the time my sisters AC was out (in June - in West Palm Florida!) so we approved the extra help. The girls were amazing and did such a great job. They worked so hard and we really appreciated it. They didn't even complain. This is absolutely our go to cleaning service out here! read more

A team of two came to my house and did a deep cleaning. They did an excellent job, were very pleasant. The field supervisor stopped by to make sure they did everything we wanted, he even stayed & helped for a while! Very courteous, professionals. Luxury Maids have cleaned our house every week for the past 7 years! The staff is always courteous and professional...and enough with small talk. The bottom line is... having them has allowed me to do the things I need to do in order to grow my own business (WORTH EVERY PENNY) and have more (PRECIOUS TIME) with my family. I absolutely LOVE coming home to a clean house! We are animal lovers and with that comes a lot of hair. The maids arrived for their cleaning on time, got things done quickly and made the place look like new! Had disagreement with Luxury Maid management. Was charged full price for service that was never received. Manager says this is "company policy". Regardless, Manager would not call me back. So end result is I paid Luxury Maids $280 and received no service. Apparently they don't believe customer service is a priority. read more

Nothing I write here is a lie or misrepresentation of the truth regardless of what this cleaning service company might want you to believe. Major issues dealing with the management for this company. This cleaning service informed me at my most recent service request in July that I would need to give prior authorization to my credit card and give them permission to keep it on file. I reminded them that I have always made payments in the past by me initiating payments electronically and was not comfortable giving them my credit card information for their files which they say would also have a 3% added charge when used.They then suggested that my next option is to pay cash to the workers at the completion of the work, yet only if they get authorization to my Credit Card. I was assured by their management that my credit card would not be billed when I paid by cash. I was not comfortable with this option either but against my instincts, I took this company at their word. To my dismay, I paid cash only to find out that they billed my account credit card. Even after following their own management instructions and paying in cash, they erroneously billed my account. After several days not seeing the reversed charges nor proof of the reversal they claimed to have done, they then told me it is up to me to work with my bank to get back my funds. Shifting the responsibility back to me for their own mistakes. Their management is unprofessional to deal with and lacks customer service skills. And dealing with Silvia is unpleasant. She deflects from the true issues associated with the inconsistencies with the service. Absolutely no understanding of my home, yet tries to dictate how much cleaning it needs and how long it will take, by looking at old pictures from the former owner on Zillow. She has no clue on which rooms I actually require cleaned by her workers. She has never been inside my home. At every cleaning at minimum 5 rooms are never touched by workers, by my preference. And some of the rooms they do clean it is ONLY the floors. Again Silvia has absolutely no insight to my home or what her workers clean in it, yet speaks like she knows the precise level of cleaning I need. I have shared over and over speaking to many of the issues with quality but she fails to get the point and always try to push additional hours as the solution. This last cleaning was a disaster. Not only did the workers not manage their time they cleaned only 40% where others completed the requisite areas in the same amount of time. And even with this, management shifted the blame to me that I did not authorize an additional hour. This is the result of management reneging on their commitment to send the same previous workers who are familiar with the house and has cleaned the spaces I needed within the same allotted time. Workers they initially told me they will send and why I agreed to the previous cleaning. I accepted management's offer of 30 minutes with 2 workers to address the areas not cleaned. They wanted me to list, on the phone, every appliance, every countertop, every floor every toilet, every chair, every table top, every knickknack that needed cleaning within the 30 minutes which I found ridiculous to do by phone. With every encounter with Silvia and her workers I have always been professional never once disrespectful. However, I never felt afforded the same courtesy. They do not put the interest of the customer first. And they are inconsistent and not logical on how they address issues that their own workers create. It is exhausting dealing with their unprofessional management...It is not worth the effort. In every state I've lived l found very professional cleaning service with management who actually cares about client satisfaction. This has been the absolute worst experience I ever had with a cleaning service. read more

I am a new home-owner and have been looking for a great cleaning service. I have NOT found it in Luxury Maids. I was optimistic, based on a few reviews on Angie's List, and my initial interaction via the phone was positive, so I scheduled my first appointment for 8/17/13. Two ladies showed up, but didn't speak much English, so it was a bit of a challenge trying to communicate my needs. I gave them a basic tour of our already tidy and relatively small home, and then they went to work for about 2 hours. They left several areas incomplete, such as the baseboards, and glass windows. The bathrooms, kitchen, and floors were cleaned pretty well, but I do just as good, if not better on my own. The service is way-overpriced ($120 for 2hrs) and I found myself still cleaning long after they left. read more

I am a single guy living in a high rise condo in downtown West Palm, I work long hours and do not have the desire to spend my free time cleaning so I needed to find a trustworthy company as I am never home during day time hours and they would be in my home alone. Luxury Maids provided just that. I first spoke with Graciela in the main office who made me feel very comfortable with this transition. The initial cleaning was a little more but they wanted to spend the time they needed to thoroughly build a clean base then the regular cleanings would be shorter. When I say they got every nook and cranny they really did, I can not say enough about them! We recently had impact windows and doors installed throughout our entire home! The dust created was so thick and EVERYWHERE. Luxury maids sent a two person team that did such a amazing job. They even vacuumed my walls! I am a bit of a clean fanatic and usually feel only I can clean the right way but after this I am going to use only Luxury Maids and on a regular basis! I have never had my house professionally cleaned before, but my husband gave housecleaning as a "gift" for my birthday (at my request) - what woman doesn't want her house cleaned? I chose Luxury Maids after conferring with several cleaning companies. They arrived timely and were pleasant. My house looked much better when done. I don't recall seeing my bathroom floors so clean, and the house smelled great. I did have a concern that I spoke to Sylvia about. She was very quick to step in and immediately rectify the issue. This was a terrible service - did not clean top to bottom as promised - Hired to clean an Empty house 3 bedroom 2 bath tiny kitchen- dust and make clean for new tenants paid for full top to bottom Plus additional time they required to complete the 2nd bathroom and 2 bedrooms? Had 4 hours 2 people and they didn't complete without paying for 2 more hours- had time for cell phone usage as I was watching I saw them on cell phone - didn't clean the ceiling fans dust even though I specifically asked for it why did I pay for top to bottom service when I could have hired a cleaning lady to spend the day cleaning everything for 1/ 4 of the price. used my vacuum from the garbage in my garage instead of the "special" vacuum I was told they had for cleaning.? I engaged the services of Luxury Maids on the referral of another customer who is a friend of mine. I liked the way her home looked and smelled after a visit from your staff. I was very pleased with the outcome. When the supervisor showed up at the end of the visit to check on the ladies, she told me that the ladies were disappointed they didn't get to do more. I honestly don't know what else they could have done! My place looked great! And I keep it neat on a regular basis anyway.
