Extremely desapointed. My cleaning lady is on vacation and I decided to hire this company based on the reviews. The company told me that will bring the products and that I have to provide them only this paper towels and garbage bags. We are only 2 grown ups, no pets, and very clean. They came yesterday morning and the 2 ladies were nice and clean and left and everything looked good. This morning I walked bare foot (like every morning) from the closet to the shower. When turned on the water, I noticed that on the floor there were black spots as my feet were very dirty. After my granchildren left today I decided to send the robot to map the floor. I change the robot's pad after cleans every room in my house. i have never seen the pads so dirty as today. I ended up cleaning the bathrooms and the counters again today even though that I paid for that yesterday. I don't know if the towels that they used (my husband that was at the house at that time told that they didn't use a lot of paper towel so I ssume that they used cloth towels) were dirty or never changed the water between rooms....I really don't know how this happened. read more

I do not recommend it if you are looking for a deep cleaning. The ladies showed up and were not prepared to deep clean; just regular standard cleaning we were told would be a deep cleaning. We are used to paying for cleaners every other month so I was aware of the standard cleaning they were doing. After they left, I ended up having to wipe the blinds down, clean the exterior of the cabinets and wipe inside the drawers, wipe down walls, wipe down the fridge again as stuck gunk was still on the drawers, and get the hair off baseboards as all they did was run a mop over base boards; they did not scrub or clean the baseboards at all. I also had to sweep/mop the rooms they did not even touch. I also requested the garage swept and mopped and confirmed the day before and when we discussed what they would be doing I was told they do not do that and then the operations manager told me they did not have the right equipment to do so. This was my first-time using Orchard Cleaning. My appointment was today at 9 AM and the two maids arrived 25 minutes late. They never called me to advise me they were running late. The issue I had is NEITHER maid spoke English nor were they in any type of uniform that is on the company website. I paid $62 per hour. I was trying to tell the maids on what areas to focus on in my unit. They did a great job cleaning the refrigerator and stove but spent too much time on them. I have had other cleaners clean my 2-bedroom condo and the average time is 90 minutes. At the 2 hour and 30-minute time point, I called the office and said I was only paying for 3 hours. I needed the maids to finish up mopping the floor and finish the job. They apparently felt it would take 4 hours which is excessive for a small condo which was clean and just needed a touch-up. I would have expected as a brand-new client, that this service would want me as a repeat customer and send over at least one maid that understood English. You are also responsible for providing the trash bags as well as paper towels. For $62.00 per hour, this should be included. read more

We paid them to clean above our cabinets. When we checked them a week later this is what we found. I called Juan and he kept denying that anything could be left dirty. He said that because it was 3 weeks ago they wouldn't come fix it. Even though it wasn't 3 weeks ago. Yes I should have checked their work right away but things happen and it slipped my mind. When on the phone with Juan he was constantly talking over me, very aggressive tone. I hung up as I do not allow people to speak to me in this way. This got him upset and he texted me saying it was rude I hung up. Well maybe if you aren't rude on the phone people won't hang up on you! I gave him multiple chances to apologize and to fix what they had done wrong. He refused; he has a nasty attitude and seems to believe his business is perfect. I'd also like to note that if all of this hadn't happened their service was still only mediocre at best. Slow cleaning and the bathrooms were not what I would call clean. I still tipped the poor ladies, I doubt Juan treats or pays them well. read more

The two very young girls that were sent to clean my apartment did more straightening up than cleaning. My apartment is already super clean, I was looking for cleaners to do stuff I couldn't do: clean exterior of kitchen cabinets that I couldn't reach, move the coffee table and couch and clean floor under them. I can run my vacuum over exposed areas; which is all they did. After they left I scrubbed my shower tile to clean the few grout stains I had. And there was dirt all over the floor so I swept the kitchen. They didn't even sweep, they just mopped. Also none of the corners in any room had been touched; like I said they didn't do anything thoroughly. Also the owner asked me if I wanted the porch swept, I said yes and it was not done. The girls timed it perfectly so they did minimal work for two hours. Be aware they do not move anything! You will still have all those dust bunnies and such under all your stuff. And they don't clean anything they can't reach. So only half of my cabinets were cleaned. Not worth the $ for sure. read more

Complete waste of money & they were one hour late. I am a very tidy person. I have a 2b/2b condo. I paid Orchid to deep clean my apartment. I specified I wanted three rugs cleaned, the oven cleaned and the windows cleaned. What did I get? They sent two ladies for two hours. In that time they vacuumed the floors and used a swifter on my blinds and furniture. The bathrooms were untouched. The kitchen was untouched. They said they "didn't bring the right equipment" to clean my windows. So essentially two women dusted blinds and vacuumed tile floor for two hours at a rate of $62 per hour. AWFUL! read more

We were moving into our new home and needed a cleaning service to make the previous home squeaky-clean. We called Juan at Orchid Cleaning Services and scheduled the appointment. We wanted them to focus on the bathrooms and kitchen, so Juan estimated 2 hours of cleaning, but said that we could re-evaluate after the two hours and have them stay longer if necessary. They showed up on time and did an amazing job. Ultimately, it ended up being a 2.5 hour job, and they were able to clean the entire house (approximately 1800 square feet). Juan explained to me that they always work in crews of two, because it is far more efficient. Their rate is extremely competitive and their professionalism exceeded my expectations. We only used them for a move-out cleaning, but they do regular house cleaning as well. They called one day before the service: I didn't speak to anyone that day to confirm since didn't see the phone call. Anyways cleaning ladies showed up next day calling me from the security gate. I had to come back and meet them 30 min later. I have 4 bedroom house (master currently closed for renovation) so 3 bedroom needs to be cleaned. I will say girls cleaned good but they took 6 hours to complete the job.They took 2,5 hours just to clean "clean" office I cleaned house few day before so it wasn't very dusty or dirty. They do charge by the hour and they took all the time they could. In the last hour i called Rafael and ask him to expidite the process.
