I love my nails. Ryan was very polite, professional, and good. Clean facility. They are following COVID safety. They were accepting walk-ins which was nice. Great selection of colors. I had a gel express manicure and gel express pedicure and they were unfortunately very expensive. I've noticed many nail salons have increased their prices quite a bit most likely due to COVID. But there are some salons closer in the area that are more affordable. It cost me $82 not including tip for just that. And with every manicure & pedicure I've ever had, they applied lotion at the end. Their express options don't include lotion, so bring your own, especially if you get gel since they use a UV light! read more

Although I left a decent review not too long ago I have since gone back and had an awful experience. First my toes, they cut my pinky toes so short that it took skin and has been hurting since I got them done. My nails, I loved at first. Perfect and was great. However, 7 nails chipped within 5 days of getting them done. I called and scheduled to redo and they did redo it however they didn't take off the chipped ones or file down anything. They just repainted over everything and now the nails are uneven and you can tell where the original chip was. Not to mention, one they re-did then chipped the same day I had them re do it. Overall just very disappointed and will no longer be going back. read more

The owners are nice. However, the full set I got was just about one of the worst I have ever had. He didn't touch my cuticles at all! And they were rough & grown out they should have been pushed back at the very least! I also didn't realize until after I was about dry that he never buffed my nails at all which might be why the paint job was so lumpy. They were all shaped differently, I pointed this out and he just kept saying " you want oval, they are oval" over and over so I was just like forget it! On top of paint being lumpy ( which he said top coat would fix- of course it didn't!) it was painted sloppy. His wife repainted one nail and tried to clean up around the others. This place is so close to my home but I will never go back again! Wasted my money! read more

I received the worst gel pedicure and dip manicure from here. My one big toe was cut way too short when I asked for just a trim and them to be straight not rounded. My nails look horrible. I asked several times for the technician to fix them but she never fixed them like she should've. Then I was also over charged. If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. Technician was also very rude and kept trying to get me to upgrade my service. I will never go back and will never recommend anyone else go there. Very upset. Waste of $120. read more

If I could give a zero or even negative-star review, I would. I went in for a shellac/gel manicure. My fiancé was having a no-polish pedicure. First, I was asked to select a color from the skimpiest selection of polishes I've ever seen. All were an off-brand that looked like dollar store polish except one bottle of OPI gel polish which happened to be my fave OPI color. I was in luck! Or so I thought. The woman proceeded to clip all my nails down to almost nothing without asking what length or what shape I wanted. She then did a worse-than-amateur job of filing what was left. Jagged and uneven. I bit my tongue because nails grow back and I could fix some of that with a diamond file later. Next, she asked me to go wash my hands at the sink in the back. I opened a jar of disgusting nail brushes that had brown and yellow at the root of every smashed bristle (gross) and opted to just wash without a brush. I then went back to the station where my "tech" put my bare hands in the UV box and turned it on. You know, the box that is used to cure shellac/gel polish? I asked why she was exposing me to UV rays when there was nothing on my nails to cure and she said to dry them. What?! That's utter nonsense. By the way, the UV box wasn't even a box. It was a dome put on top of a phone book so the phone book was the "floor." Wow. I'm seriously getting nervous at this point because a gel manicure is too expensive and too long-lasting (and potentially very damaging to the nails) to have a totally screwed up job. So when I see her reach for a cheap base coat that isn't intended for a gel manicure, I tell her no. I'm not paying for a long-term manicure that will end up bubbling and peeling. I told her to remove the little bit of base coat she had already applied - I was leaving. I explained this to the man I assume is the owner and he yelled at the woman for cutting my nails off without asking (she told him she was "evening them out" but none of my nails were even close to this short To begin with and she should have asked me before clipping everything off in any event). I told my fiancé what was up and that I would be out waiting for him. Afterward I found out that not only was his pedicure half-assed (they put lotion on and massaged one leg only, for example) but they charged him for hacking up my nails! Unbelievable! I stopped at Meijer afterward and bought supplies to fix the damage done today and to tend to my cuticles which were completely ignored at the shop, so this turned into a pretty expensive and disappointing outing. There's apparently a really good reason we were the ONLY customers in this place on a Saturday. Do yourself a huge favor and go anywhere else. read more

Worst service ever. My girlfriend got a pedicure and her nails done here and not only were her nails cut down so short that they were bleeding but also there was countless cases of paint on her skin as well. The gel started lifting off a half hour after it dried and on top of all that, when she called for a refund they were very chauvinistic and would not refund her. I also called them and the very rude owner told me He did a fine job, I just didn't understand because I'm a man. He then yelled at me and hung up the phone. My following calls were not answered. Awful infection in my finger nail , they wanna re seal their tools as well , not clean at all! Save your self the infection !

i had an appointment and wasn't seen for 30 minutes later. my technician was very friendly but failed to do my cuticles, file my nails evenly and left my hands cracked from the acetone my hands sat in for 15 minutes. the color is great but with uneven edges and unfinished sides, i doubt they last longer than 2 weeks. if you want your money to be worth while and to have someone put time and effort into your nails, i would not go here. read more

Came in later on a weeknight and they were extremely friendly. I got a French pedicure which was done extremely well. I also got a no-chip manicure which was okay. I've had better (as you can see in the pictures, some paint on my skin and the color is uneven on some nails). Overall, very nice staff and a good experience ! read more

Both times I have been in there they rushed my manicure and my nails looked sloppy... I didn't get a very cleanly feeling sitting in there and looking around. This place was empty both times I've tried it, and I know why. Not very good service and not very clean for being a nail salon. Got my eyebrows waxed and they didn't even have a separate station for it. You sat in front of the salon sink, kinda of in the way, if anyone were trying to wash their hands. I suggest going across RT 20 to the nail salon in the shopping center across from this dive! read more
