Donna was fantastic and an absolute joy. I recently came in here to get a little flourish done before attending a wedding. I wanted to have my nails painted the same colors as the suit I was wearing to a wedding. I came in here as walk-in late in the day and was immediately greeted. The wait was about 30 minutes (they got their appointments in before they got to me...as it should be). When it was my turn, Donna greeted me and called me over. She prepped my nails and was generally friendly and funny the whole time. She painted my nails quickly and perfectly and gave me exactly what I wanted. When she was done she walked me over to the drying table, where I immediately smack my hand into the top of the table and ruined one of the fingers she had just painted. She stared at me, then brought me back over to fix my eff up, and playfully yelled at me. I was very careful this time. Went in for a pedicure and selected the $35 package. When I checked out they charged me $63.57. Way over priced for a pedicure and no explanation for the up charge! There is no reason for almost a $30 increase in service. Ridiculous. read more

I was promptly greeted for a nail dip appointment with Donna. I received the treatment by an angry and argumentative woman. She bickered with her coworkers as well as myself and other clients awaiting service. She threw her water bottle furiously around, stomped around and griped about her many aches and pains. This place sucks. They did my nails crooked, way to short than I asked, they did my nails slanted, and the male i was with was on his phone the whole time. I've been there twice and each time they were messed up. Very rude and disrespectful. read more

If you into a stressful day at the spa then look no further. Speaking Vietnamese THE WHOLE TIME with each other. They wonder why their English isn't that great well there you have it. Very unwelcoming to the point of absurd! They think they can act that way because they are the only game in town. Donna is a very angry person with anxiety issues that rubs off on her clients. Worst customer service ever. I walked in and a lady with a customer told her customer to shut up so I could talk. When I was done she told Be it would be a thirty minute wait. There was no one there! I went in needing a gel French tip pedicure, removing the current gel from my toes. I walked in a was able to get seated right away. I sat in the chair and the tech ran the water and immediately starts removing my previous gel which took FOREVER! Not once did she allow my feet to soak before working on them. Once the gel was removed she THEN placed my feet in the water and began working on my toes. This part was quickly done. Mind you it was not very busy. As one foot gets finished she starts to immediately DRAIN my water! At this point Im confused because you haven't started working on my other foot. How are going to rinse my feet when you are done? Where is the "spa" experience ? I thought she forgot about the other foot but she didn't she just decided to use a spray bottle to clean my feet off. Strange. the manicure came out great but she never used a hot towel or barley massaged my feet. I went to pay and the cost was $68 with a master card fee!! I couldn't beliEve it. For that service I was over charged and I left no tip cause I felt they included in my price as they negotiated it before swiping my card. not worth it! read more

I treated the mother and sister of the groom to a mani-pedi 11June. Called the evening prior and they got the 3 of us in at 930am next morning. The young lady who helped me was delightful. She was so solicitous as I am in a wheelchair. She made the entire process wonderful. Spoke lovely English (Vietnamese but from California.) The others were a lovely lady from Germany and a gentleman from Vietnam. He was the only one who did not speak much English. We had a super experience and looked really fabulous for the wedding. I would give 0 stars if I could. I've been going for a couple years now and never truly impressed but it's better than nothing...until today. She shaped our nails but when we commented on things to slightly change she did one swipe of the file and left it. Our nails were crooked and uneven and my polish was splotchy. She blamed it on our fingers not being straight but our nails were glued on in random directions. Ended up going home and repainting/reshaping them ourselves. She put acrylic straight on our skin as well as the glue to put the plastic nails on in the first place. Acrylic nails are supposed to be a little sore but we are in physical pain. read more

i go to ludington often and i've been to this nail salon many times. when i went there with my 13 yr old a week ago we were both treated like we were a huge bother. customer service was terrible! donna kept scolding my granddaughter for not holding her hands the right way {my granddaughter has had her nails done many times} and scolding her for where she was looking. yes, i said she was scolding her for WHERE SHE WAS LOOKING! the man doing my pedicure kept sighing loudly, like he was being forced to do something he didn't want to do and was a bit rough with me. neither one of us was being rude or demanding, we were both like grinning and bearing it to just get it over with. worst nail salon experience ever, OVER PRICED and my granddaughters expensive nails started to fall off 4 days later! go someplace else! anywhere would be better! read more
