New set looking like I've had them almost 2weeks

I went back today to ask about the comment from the owner. To get new set re-done. The staff did not want to do anything. Most said they did not know who commented such thing. They also said they don't know who the owner is. Someone from the back said, "owners here tomorrow Call then". The man asked me who did my nails and I responded with "you" and he acted like he didn't. *first day left with my nails looking like they were outgrown two weeks in already. I've lost a few nails a long the way before the two week mark. I don't live close by

I've come to this place a couple of times, but this is my last straw. I changed my mind about the service of pedicure I wanted and the lady that did my nails in some way took offense? As soon as I changed my mind, she completely just chopped me up! I cannot believe im not only walking out like this, but they think it's okay. I pray I don't get an infection, this is highly unprofessional and I'm not in any way satisfied as a customer. $43 for this!

I want to start by saying I used to come here every 2 months for over a year. They were great-- I got pedicures, mani or full sets. I don't know if they changed ownership, but yesterday's was horrible. First I noticed that instead of how packed it usually is on a Saturday AM there were only 3 customers total. I was greeted right away & they were polite enough which is why I gave them 2 stars. Also noticed I only recognized 1 face usually I recognize 3-4 faces. It look like almost a whole new staff. But when my service started I should have been worried. The pedicure lady was older, which is fine, but when I asked to just file my nails & even out, she started cutting them with a nail clipper. I only noticed after she already made the first cut okkkkk fine. I'll go with it. Then she kept filing more & more maybe to even out but my big toe on the right was slanted & she was about to put my gel polish on without cleaning up the left over cuticles she didn't finish cleaning up. I had to put my hand in front of my foot, to stop her & point at the area that clearly looked like it still needed to be cleaned up. I'm trying to stay respectful & nice still. Toes are still all uneven & extra extra short by the way. I asked for French which took another person to assist because she couldn't do it the way I wanted which was honestly not extra? It was French tip not a crazy design. She did my 2nd foot without asking just seals it under the UV light, and I couldn't even move it at this point without me looking crazy & throwing the light off my foot. Soooo again, fine, I guess. The 2nd foot she did NOT match the first FYI. This was just my pedicure. The tech doing my full set was nice enough, but I tried to show her what I wanted & she literally looked at it for 0.5 seconds after saying ok ok got it. Needless to say she didn't get it. I am Filipino & very good and understand & being patient with Asian accents so I try to ask to repeat if I don't understand but honestly it was really hard to understand my nail tech. After I said only 1 coat of something, she proceeded to say yes she understood & then started 2 coats until I had to yank my hand away. Being careless through the whole process, to where she filed my skin so bad I yanked back my hand & she finally acknowledged something happened & whispered it was an accident. The whole thing was wild, and the gas lighting was crazy--- I haven't experienced this in a nail salon in YEARS. So at this point I was pissed I just wanted to pay & leave. I don't think I should have paid after saying so many times what u wanted but didn't get but I know they would twist it & make it like I was the issue. I tipped them too. NEVER EVER again.

I saw online that they had an opening and decided to try this place. Plus, their website says 10% for new customers, so why not? I immediately felt like I was inconveniencing my nail tech and that he was rushing the job. I had a gel-x removal and wanted to get a new set. He cut me twice with the drill bit and shrugged it off when I was bleeding. Then I get these as a result and I'm just not happy. They're disgusting on the bottom and the points aren't even and some are disfigured. They charged me $70 and I had to show the coupon on their website because they didn't believe me. To respond to the owner: I showed it to her when I mentioned it. It was a screen cap and then she still doubted it, so I pulled up your website and showed her. Then she called you and you approved it. Another update: A staff member messaged me berating me and calling me a liar :( I would have given them another chance as the owner asked, but not now.

I got my nails done by Anna and they came out great! I recommend Anna! She was very nice and did my nails perfectly

After years of acrylics I started getting gel manicures with Tammy and she does not disappoint. She always gives me a manicure that lasts about 3 weeks. They are attentive and they take pride in the quality of the work they provide. Toni is my go to when I get my pedicures. She is always very thorough and leaves my feet smooth and pretty. She always does a great job and has suggestions for new and different colors. I have referred multiple people to these two ladies because their attention to detail is unmatched. The salon is clean and the vibes in here are unmatched. Everyone gets along and have great attitudes and are always happy to help.

Gel X with design and Gel manicure with Nail Art

This was my second visit to Luxury Nails and Spa with my daughter and it was amazing! So far, we've had the pleasure of having Henry, My, Toni, Daisy, and the owner (I didn't catch her name but she's wonderful) as our artists. The ambiance is amazing! I love the services offered and the quality is just out of this world! It's been a while since finding such a quality salon with artists that care. They're under new management and it has been such a wonderful experience. Thank you all! We love how our nails came out!

$30 for a polish change. I gasped and the lady next to me gasped. That is wildly expensive to change color. Of course I was told this after he drilled my gel polish off. Yes I did correct it. I have never paid $30 to change my polish. I brought my own polish! I will not return. read more

Well looks the review I left a few months ago is gone???? She (manager?) even responded to my post (lies but response nonetheless). Basically the work was shoddy, at best, and dangerous (blood was involved). When she responded to my last post she lied about her willingness to fix the problem. (Look at the other negative reviews and her responses, we all can't be wrong.) Not going to go through details, as I did in my first post, just wanted to repost to let others know the service, hospitality and ethics of this establishment are NOT worth it! It's not like there isn't another nail salon on every block in this town. Do not waste your time and especially your money at this place! (Still curious how my review is gone.) read more

I've been coming to this nail salon since I moved to Rancho Cucamonga. What is really and stood out was how relaxing the experience was. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time, offered refreshments, and used high-quality products that didn't have that harsh chemical smell you find in some places. The women working were nice and respectful however the job they did was extremely underwhelming. I have gotten pedicures done here several times and each time they got me right. This time they did not! And a few of my friends have noticed that their quality has just gone down. If I pay for a service I expect it to be done in way that satisfies me as the customer. Not only did I come out with crooked toenails and peeling polish, my friend was in pain the entire time she was getting her pedicure done. Even after expressing her pain the woman doing her nails replied with an insincere "sorry" and continued to hack away at her toes. I would not recommend this place for pedicures anymore! read more

I've been going to Tracy for gel X for several months and have always been 100% satisfied with my nails. She is the sweetest and most patient. I truly look forward to each appointment. Whether I want to chat or relax and keep to myself, she always picks up on my vibe and I really appreciate it. Plus, she does a beautiful job and has done some fun designs for me. I received a text to confirm my appointment 2 days prior and then a second text reminder text the day before. I asked for a simple nail service, and the lady assigned to me was utterly clueless. It was painfully obvious that she had no idea what she was doing. So, naturally, I asked her if she even had a license because, come on, it was clear she was just winging it. Guess what? Her name is Christy, and she might be the one running the place. Can you believe she had the audacity to be offended by my simple question? She claimed to have a license, but let me tell you, there was no sign of it anywhere. And that's why the girl who was supposed to do my nails had absolutely no clue what she was doing. Can you imagine? I went to this fabulous nail shop after I saw the nails of a family member, I went the same day that I set my appointment and was welcomed when I walked in. They had us sign in, took our temperature, and wash our hands while we also kept our masks on. All of the ladies were polite, they played good music while the time passed, and they took all the right precautions considering COVID-19. Joanna did my acrylic nails and I love them!!
