The manager Diane is amazing and so sweet, she does excellent work and is very knowledgeable when it comes to nails and waxing. Today I got a luxury pedicure in mango and I felt so pampered. It is a very relaxing environment with lots of comfortable seating. They have regular and gel nail polish. There is always someone cleaning which is very important to me. read more

I had such a great experience here! My nails were damaged from acrylic at another salon as well as pretty dry on my skin, and Asokha fixed them with a deep manicure. I was deciding between 2 colors and I didn't feel rushed at all! She put the polish I thought I wanted on one of my nails as a test before I committed to the color. She went with the shape I asked for, and told me before she shaped it if the length was going to change because I had a chip in my nail or just because that nail was shorter. My cuticles look great and I didn't get any irritation around the bottom of my nails, she was very careful. I really enjoyed the time and care she took to make sure I loved my nails and my hands feel great! There were 4 customers, including myself and 6 workers. They sat me in a pedi chair and I waited 25 min before someone came to work on me. The water had turned cold. Nice facility. They will definitely try to up sale you, so just make sure you know what you want. It just took forever. When they saw I was getting aggrivated, they rushed through the rest of the procedures. I usually love to go to this salon but not this time. First off everyone doesn't have perfect nails on their feet. Secondly if you don't want the luxury experience they still charge you the same price without question. The person dong my pedicure was very rough and the chair seemed to bother him. He did not have on gloves and had a long nail on his thumb and pressed it on my feet so hard it still hurt. The lady doing my nails was very nice but she did not shape my nails good at all. She did do a great job on my eyebrows, (I have a little reaction to the wax, not her fault). After this experience, I will now just do my own nails and feet and only go to a salon for polish. so I got my nails done Thursday. I got a french gel mani. and Friday I noticed my nails were terribly discolored. I had already flew out to pittsburg so I couldn't get back to them until today. the lady in there said she could redo but would have to charge me. then she said it was my fault that it was from smoking or chemicals. it's not. I have had my nails done all my life this never happend before. I'm a fair person I know stuff happens sometimes but they should have better customer service and try to fix it for me. they could have at least offered to cover it with a color or something. and by the way I looked it up and found where this can happen due to bad gel polish. read more

They don't even deserve a star. This entire salon is completely horrible. The nail techs and the manager are all very rude. I went in for a pedicure on 1/31/2016. Less than a day later my polish is chipping. I went back today 2/2/2016 and was told that I was lying about having the service done. He then walked off and went to sit behind his computer and ignored me while I was talking to him. A different man had the audacity to ask me why I was still in the salon and the nail tech that did my pedicure lied and said he had never seen me and they said that they didn't service me. When I presented them with a receipt they told me that three days had passed ( which wasn't true ) and to get out or they would call the police. And followed me out of the salon talking pictures of me because I took a picture of the salon and told him that I would write this review. read more

I have had good experiences here and not so good ones. Got acrylics for my wedding and the tech did not shape them very well and I had to request that he reapply the tips higher up because he covered so much of my nails. He was also really rough and my hands hurt for days. Another time I got gel polish by him and he didn't ask me to wash my hands or dust them off after buffing, so my polish had white debris visibly all underneath. I've had 2-3 average/good experiences here and 2-3 really bad ones. Unfortunately there aren't too many good nail salons in town read more

There came an older lady to do my wife's nail. She really messed up my wife's nail. I don't think she has ever taken any classes for doing nail. The nail shop can't get many experienced nail salon workers. So they use anyone they can get without any experience. It is common for Vietnamese house wives or grandma who needed a job instead of staying home. The woman cut and split the corner of my wife's nail. She also didn't remove some of the dead skin on the cuticles. You can't criticize them. They won't listen. We will never go there again. read more

This place doesn't deserve 1 star. Went in for a pedicure. Was told to pick a polish and then directed to a massage chair. There were only 5 other customers when I arrived. The customer that walked in after me immediately got taken care of before my pedicure was started. So after 40+ minutes I asked how long and was told 5 more minutes. After being told that the next customer that walked in 45 minutes after me was also started on immediately. At this point I left without a pedicure. read more

Pathetic. They did a full acrylic set on me last Thursday and I had one break 2 days lster. I went in today for them to repair it and the guy did a miserable job. He ripped the entire new acrylic nail off my finger (OW!!) and replaced it. The entire time he was doing my nail he was playing around on his laptop so he wasn't paying any attention to what he was doing. He didn't even finish my nail, he just painted over it with topcoat and told me to dry it on the fan on the table. I sat there for a minute waiting for him to tell me to put my finger in the solar dryer and he just stared at me, said "go" and looked at me until I left with my unfinished nail. My new acrylic is now all textured and weird and you can see the acrylic dust in it because he did it wrong. Will not be back. read more

WORSE SERVICE EVER! Paid for the deluxe, 40 min with full pedicure, got a half job regular pedicure. Lady told me at 20 min (timer on massage went off) that she was through and tried putting my shoes on. Told her that my time was not up, and she replies, "what do you want me to do? Massage more?" I told her I wanted the deluxe package and I want you to do your job. She continued to massage for 8 more minutes (total of 28 min). Needless to say my sister got the same service and when trying to show the manager that her pedicure was still in session, the manager did not care. Will not go here again! read more

This place is ridiculous!! Waited over an hour to be serviced...decided to walk out!! It seems like they cater more to people getting pedicures or regular customers like "Tracy"...she comes in see it's a wait and get ready to walk out and they stop her and put her in a chair immediately..while me and others have been waiting. I went in to get a simple gel polish change on my toes. An older lady was assigned to me and she was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. Very unhappy with the service provided for my manicure. Not only did she make 4 of my fingers bleed, she shaped all of my nails on my right hand crooked because she was off to the side. She was not pleasant or friendly. My pedicure was much more enjoyable. She was very nice. I was also rushed out by the same lady who did my manicure. Not happy. Lady that did my nails was rude and obviously in a hurry to get me through (they got quite busy moments after we got there). Had a gel manicure applied and old one removed. She was rough during removal and sharp during application. Nails were never given enough time in OPI machine, she kept saying "switch' like every 6 seconds, half the time the machine wouldn't light up. She was just rushing to get me through and acted aggravated the whole time. White tips were wavy, not smooth arcs. Had chips before I got home. I have previously had gel manicures and knew the procedure - this was just plain wrong. Granddaughter had hers done also, were peeling that night (by another manicurist) She also said she (the manicurist) yelled at her but she couldn't understand what she was saying. Also watched them clean a foot bath/whirlpool, did a nasty job, don't think it was even disinfected. I cannot think of one nice thing to say about this place. And I am one of the first to try to find something good to say and not complain. Not here. read more

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done! The technician was intoxicated with some drug because he couldn't focus on my feet (he told me to stop moving my feet and I told him I wasn't moving them), he forgot many steps that go into giving a simple pedicure, he didn't paint 4 of my toes and told me that he painted all of them, then proceeded to make careless mistakes. I've been here a few times and after this weekend will never return again! I went for a nail repair and fill-in and after being told which station to sit at I walked over to find the nail tech sitting there eating pizza. She closed her box and left all the crumbs and bits of food on the table while she worked on my nails and did not wash her hands before starting. Getting the fill-in was not pleasant and nearly painful seeing that she never lifted her foot off the pedal and used the drills on full speed. Once she finished my nails she told me to go and sit at the dryer, leaving me to pick up my belongings with wet nails and opened her pizza box and continued eating. Even if the salon was busy which is was no, there is no excuse for this behavior and treatment to customers. All around terrible experience, the nail tech was rude and had absolutely no customer service, I'll take my business elsewhere. read more
