They are a close-knit bunch great women and I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my hair! Also, I have heard some very poor language come from some of the stylist mouths in front of clients as well, this disappointed me tremendously to hear. My stylist was an owner and she was always very quick to do my cut, a normal cut for me take 30-45 minutes, she took less than 10 minutes last time and it showed. The cut looks like someone was in a hurry and took no time at all and it will take a while to grow out and repair. I am so disappointed that because the lack of care by the stylist I have to deal with their mistake. I had to go to another stylist a week later and I further saw what a mess it was. I believe this was all out of not taking the time to do her job correctly and not caring about the product she is sending out. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

As soon as I left Textures, I realized that the stylist left more than ONE INCH of roots at the crown of my hair before the highlights started... I was so upset! When I immediately called back to politely ask if they would fix it, the woman told me she could, but I'd have to pay her more money. Excuse me? How can I pay you for a service, you don't do it properly, and I have to pay you more than THREE TIMES what it should cost? Ridiculous. I went to Sally's, bought bleach and purple toner, and fixed the top of my hair myself. I have never forgotten it, and will never go back. Do yourself a favor and go to Haircuts on Fair road instead. Mrs. Pam and her girls actually do a good job, and if you don't like your hair, they do what they can to make sure you leave happy. Textures is way, way overpriced and has terrible service.

I've been to a lot of Korean salons in K-towns, and they still messed it up and charged me ridiculously. So I did some reseaching and found Gordan at the mad hatter salon in Hinesville, GA! When I came in for my appointment, Gordan, my stylist knew exactly what to do. He asked me what are my highest and the lowest expectations, and explained the possibilities of how the result might turn out realistically. After 6 and a half hours of long process, he magically turned my brassy dry looking hair into healthy vibrant magenta & purple hair without damaging it. I couldn't believe it's my hair that is now so beautiful lol. (Oh, btw the mad hatter uses OLAPLEX for hair coloring to prevent damaging it too much, which is a huge plus!!!) Overall I'm more than happy with the result. Gordan made me feel comfortable (He didn't rush and took his time), he was fun and easy going. Most importantly he didn't charge me an arm or a leg.
