I don't want the traditional beat-on-your-car wash that risks tearing off antennas. 2: They have an underbody spray to get off all that pesky road salt. You get what you'd expect here from any automatic wash. It does a fair job but you just can't beat a hand wash when it comes to the details. There were a few spots that weren't washed clean, the wheels still had brake dust stuck in them, and the air jets really only blow the water around while the mechanism continues to drip on the car. You'd be best to take some towels with you to finish the job. There's some touch up work to do after this wash, but it was only 10 bucks. I say 4 stars.

At the end of the car wash, a sign indicates when the customer should shift out of neutral and put their vehicle back into drive. We are locals in Ohio Township who like to support local businesses. We have used this car wash frequently over the past 3 years . For a business that spends money on marketing the fact that they are a family owned local business they should really take a look at how not proactively communicating when problems arise can affect their overall business success . We have had this issue happen at other car washes in the north hills area and the issue was resolved within hours to days . Do yourself a favor and choose another local car wash to support who appreciated and want to keep your business .
