Had my cars front windows tinted here to match the back factory tint. They used Rayno ceramic film at 20%, price was $60.00. When I picked up my car I noticed the cuts were bad and it had creases (fingers) from improper shrinking. I told the guy at the counter and brought him out to look at it. So we rescheduled an appointment for the same week. They replaced it. I let it cure. And noticed that the driver side corner is already peeling from a bad cut. Also theirs water marks on my door panel leather since they didn't bother to cover it before soaking the window down. The only good thing about this shop was the guy at the front, he was very nice and easy to work with. read more

TC does pretty much anything auto upgrade. Rims, car audio, remote starts, window tint, lights, and pretty much anything else you might need. I don't believe he's a speed shop, so no motor mods but all the rest of it. If you need your truck lifted, huge tires, fender flares? He's got you covered. Need some custom audio done? He's got you. He does some big names too. Stop in the winter and you can check out some of their huge custom rims that he stores in the shop till summer. About the only thing I've had done here is tint on 3 vehicles now. The tint guy does good work. They use 3M tint so it's good stuff and he'll do pretty much anything you ask him to, just don't ask for a receipt and bring cash. I've been impressed with his hand cuts on the sun strips across the top of the windshield. Nice clean lines with a nice arc that really looks good all three times. The only thing holding this back from 5 stars is the owner really. He comes off like a used car salesman. "For you? I'll do it for $$" and "well I'm pretty slammed but bring your car in and sure buddy I'll make sure you get taken care of" when I'm the only customer in the shop. Thing is I guess I can't knock that too bad, people seem to eat it up. He does seem like a good guy tho, and although I wouldn't trust him I don't think he's really ripping anybody off either. read more

Horrible. Do not recommend. Go anywhere else- This is a little lengthy but I want to share my experience-- Lets start with my rims. First off they were much more expensive per rim. They gave me some cockamamie excuse that everywhere (all places online) sell seconds and that's why they are cheaper "eye roll". They did drop the price some but still more expensive, but I went with them to shop local. I purchased my tires elsewhere but had TC Customized mount them. They had my tires and rims for about an hour and half to two hours. When I went back to pick them up, they lost 2 screws for one of my center caps. They did replace them but for the record it took them a month to get them so of course I had to ride around minus a center cap. Not done there. 2 months later I wanted to let out some air from my tires. As I got to the passenger side, both valve stems apparently did not seal properly and both leaked. The problem isn't that they leak, I know it happens, the problem is I called and got the run around and was told I'd be called back and guess what, still haven't heard from them- Let's move onto the remote start. As we were discussing the remote start, which was very, very expensive being it was for a Mercedes I guess, I asked about the remotes. I do a lot of research. I asked if the stock keys will be programmed to work being that's what I saw online. I was told yes but they aren't very good distance wise. I then asked about the remotes that came with it and was told they work up to a half mile. I thought that was great. We moved forward with it and after picking the car up and getting home I realized we didn't have the remotes. In the meantime I was back down there to pick up my tires, this was all happening at the same time, I asked about the remotes. I was told he'll talk to the boss the next day and let me know. Guess what, I had to call back because no one called me. They did say yes we'll get the remotes. Hmm, where are the remotes that I was told that come with it? Anyway, after waiting for those to come in, which I had to keep calling, we go to finally pick up my screws, for my center cap, and get the remotes. Guess what, they needed another module for them to work and of course they didn't have it there and to no surprise it was backordered. We were told 4 weeks and we were also told to keep calling because they will forget. Who the hell tells that to customers?! So we keep calling, week after week and here we are, every bit over 2 months later and we still don't have remotes and my valve stems are not fixed. The bad part is, I'm not surprised at all. So all in all the customer service is terrible beyond terrible. I have 2 valve stems that leak and I have a remote start that cost me $700 that I didn't get remotes with and sadly I can't even get a simple phone call from them. I would stay far away from TC Customized!!! read more

Highly Disappointed! I had a aftermarket radio installed with all my own parts and components. I asked several time (even showed them all the parts) and verified the cost would be $60. Upon pick-up of the vehicle, the price changed to $100. A nice mark-up for sure without ever even getting a call. I was told everything went well and worked well but there was extra wiring (you think they would have known this). When I got home the unit did not even open up to allow access to the CD player. I had to bring it back and they then corrected that (so much for everything working properly). About a week later, I wanted to update the Sirius XM tuner. Was quoted $40. When I picked it up, the antenna was mounted on the dash on the inside of the vehicle. Sirius says the antenna should be mounted on the top of the vehicle to provide quality reception. When I asked about this, they stated that all there antenna installs are on the dash and reception would not be an issue. When I asked why not on the top of vehicle, they said they could not hide the wire. Any respectable install shop could do this (even best buy does this). I suggest they you-tube it. Sure enough, reception is an issue and I lose it for a couple of seconds just about every 5 minutes. I'm going to Best Buy for it to be fixed (another $40). I should have learned my lesson the first time....second time was shame on me. I will never go back there again. I suggest the same to you. read more

DON'T GO if you need your key fobs reprogrammed. Tom ... the owner ...looks me in the eye and schedules me for a complete new remote start system because mine was "fried" knowing full well that was not the case. Thank god I got a second opinion. Took my car to another shop and bingo .... they had no issue reprogramming. Hopefully they don't scam other repeat customers this way! Very disappointed. Those guys are jerks! read more

This place is horrible!!!! I never write reviews just read them. This place is so bad that I just could not let it go. They installed a radio for me and they left it unmounted so it moves in and out freely and the wiring is a disaster. They told me that they would wire it a certain way for me and I pulled it out to check since it is loose any ways and it's all tangled up and connected with cheap connectors. At least use tape and straighten it out if you don't want to go with the Hassel of heat shrink. I also had to wait a long time for my camera and come to find out when I got it that it sucks. No parking lines and it's always looks blurry. Yes I cleaned the lense. read more

I had a remote start installed. First off, it gives me issues constantly - sometimes the vehicle won't actually turn on the whole way, it starts the electrical stuff, but the engine doesn't start and then I have to hit the remote start again to get it to turn off because it makes the vehicle completely unresponsive from inside. Also, they gave me specific instruction when I picked it up that I MUST use the fob that came with the remote start, however, when I do that, it sets off the alarm constantly and doesn't allow me to use the keyless entry on the door at all. Turns out, I need to use the factory remote in order for the alarm, etc to function properly. You'd think they would know this. Also, they lost the cover to my 12V plug in front of the vehicle and then tried to use a cigarette lighter in its place hoping that I wouldn't notice. When I called them out on it, they said they would order the part for me. I followed up with them for a couple months (yes - months) and every time I called, they said "oh, let me check and I'll call you back" but they never called back. I finally gave up and ordered one on Amazon. It's an $11 part. You'd think they could do right by their customers. Oh well - I need a detail and I guarantee they won't be getting that money from me. I will never do business there again. read more
