First time coming in to this location as I'm new to Floresville and wanted to find a nail shop closer to home. Horrible service, the man doing my pedicure was so aggressive with my feet and it seemed like it was an inconvenience to him. Ana the lady who did my nails tried to make me a repeat customer, which would have been fine and dandy(and I probably would've had she done a good job) I asked for small pearl gems scattered on my nails, she proceeded to tell me no because of the type of frenchie I got. That's not what I asked for, I asked for the pearls. Anytime I spoke up about her either filing my fingers too aggressively (she was hurting me) she would turn to the lady next to us and make a comment. Then when I get to my vehicle and thoroughly inspect my nails I realize she didn't even do the Frenchie correctly, AND she left some threads on my nails from HER shirt. Absolutely ridiculous. Save your time and money. (She also asked if my nail tech i usually go to is Mexican,(she was on vacation so I couldn't go to her)which is also really weird) read more

I called last minute on a Saturday for Danny or Jimmy to fix my nails. Said they were too busy that day so I got appointment for the next day. 5 min later they called me back, I could come in after all. it's an hour away. I broke a few laws driving there to be on time, I was still late. Lol.. Danny took me right in and fixed my nails PERFECTLY. Had great conversation and I left with KICK ASS red nails just like I wanted. Thank you Danny for getting me in and doing an awesome job. And thanks to Jimmy for calling me back. I appreciate you more than you know. They are both professional, skilled and kind. I will go back!! I have been through about 6 or more people since going here ... they have all left. I never get told they have left until I show up to my appointment. The last time I went there to another new girl ... I had a lot of issues with 4 or 5 nails (with in the first few days).I showed her and she sat me down took off my set and put a whole new set on.I did not ask for that said please fix my nails that have lifted. I went to the front desk and was going to be charge a full set price. I asked the owner why I was not told I was going to repay again ...for this fixing of my nails. Such amazing service. I went to a a salon up the street and sat in a pedicure chair with my feet soaked in water till it got cold and was never assisted I just walked out. I came down the street to luxe and the service was quick, Tony was exceptional I love my nails. I'm a basic woman and he did the most perfect ones I've ever had. Always an amazing experience. I've never had to make an appointment, when a break happens or I want a whole new set I've been taken in as a walk in. They are well staffed. I like to find pretty pictures online and I've never been disappointed when asking for them to replicate. My mom and I both love this place. I will warn the prices are not posted inside the store, not until you sit down do you see the prices . I was pretty bummed to see there's an additional $5 charge for regular nail polish on top of the set prices for each level of pedicure. You have to ask if you want a drink. The chair was a pretty strong message. Overall I liked the message and the nail shaping. I did have to pay extra because the nail tech said my callus was bad (which they were) but he bumped me two categories and I felt like it didn't read any different to the two before ‍ I was willing because they were bad but I probably should have asked more questions- My bad.
