Worst place in floresville. Tried to spend some QT with my girl. She got a mani/pedi and I got a pedi. The lady that did mine barely talked to me and when I was done she just got up and walked away. My girl's person was an ass! She picked a color that she wanted from the colors that HE gave her. He then said she couldn't pick those colors and gave her a list half the size. After finally picking a different color he told her that she couldn't have that one so she ended up getting a clear coat (in woman speak this is a big deal). Off to the mani where he gave her shit cause she couldn't remember what the top coat was (again, big deal for women). Did a half assed job, then said "ok, time to pay". Unfortunately I'm unable to find the negative star selection on here but in order to warn others I was forced to put 1 I came to this place and I absolutely regret that decision. I came in asking for MY nails to be done with whatever material to create the "American nail" look and I didn't get that. I literally got a solid "peach" color. And I can't understand why AFTER showing 2 workers the picture down below of the shape and style I wanted I got NEITHER. I had to return in less than 24 hours and have the powder/acrylic sanded away from my cuticles because it was causing pain. I get there and the lady "Amy" isn't kind... LIKE I FUCKED UP MY NAILS & CUTICLES. I then ASKED AGAIN if I could have the American nail and her exact words to me were, "no, that's ombré and that's 2 colors, next time you can get that"... like WTFF I work and pay for my shit and I'm not asking for a handout and I'm being told NO for fingernails I like ??And yes I'm really really pissed like no other, but I swear on my every thing that I wasn't ugly to her. I was shocked and dumbfounded but I promise I wasn't rude. Makes no sense whatsoever that I can't get what I asked for TWICE. OOOH, if being told no wasn't enough then she decides to take it upon herself to shape ALL MY real nails into "coffin" tips .... No offense to anyone but I hate that unnatural shape so needless to say I wouldn't recommend this place if they GAVE AWAY SERVICES... if you are stuck with this as your only nail salon option, I am sorry. But if I could do it all over again I WOULD'VE STAYED AWAY. One good thing I can say is that a young lady (possibly, the owner's niece) was a very kind young lady and we talked like we knew each other. The lady that fucked up my nail shape and now the length of my nails, I wish we had never met. Good luck to you all read more

I found this place by accident and I keep going back. It's a 30 minute drive compared to my old place , which was 10 minutes away but the service and atmosphere is definitely worth it! They do get busy but you can call for an appointment. read more

This place is terrible and they are liars. After making a reservation and assuring our group we would be able to be seen at that time when we specifically asked if they had enough techs, half of us ended up just sitting for over an hour and only half of the group actually got service. They then lied and said they never told us our group would be able to be seen. read more

One star because they are nice but nice doesn't guarantee you they'll do the job right. Had to go two times so they could "fix" my set and even then my nails look horrible for what I paid. Don't know if I showed up on a bad day or what. Everyone around me seemed to get good service meanwhile my set is being rushed. The guy is looking at this phone every other blink. My set ended up having hair under shellac and bubbles everywhere. Second time around lady was nice but again was rushed and I found myself with shellac on my skin. Honestly wish I could've just gotten my money back. Defidently not coming back. Don't let the "good service" reviews fool you. They may just be working better for their usuals who knows read more

Only giving one star because I have to select something. Zero would be better. Polish on my toes WIPED OFF two hours after they were painted. Paraffin was still on my feet. Went back. They fixed my toenail polish. It happens. A different girl was available and I wanted powder dip on my nails. She "matched" it to my toenail polish color. She cut my nails WAY too short. They are the absolute wrong color - toes are hot pink, nails are grandma mauve pink. The surface is finished terribly. Nail surface is bumpy and uneven. I asked for a refund because I am going to have to pay someone else to do it all over, and spend another hour of my time. They refused. If you want shoddy work and rude slow service, go to this place. If you want better results, try diva's by McCoy's. read more

Recently I got a manicure at Unique Nails for a formal event. I asked for a silver acrylic nails cause my dress was black and silver. I never really got my nails done so I had no idea what was happening. She started to put a pink coat on and I thought it was part of putting acrylic nails on but by the time I noticed that she was putting pink polish on it was to late to say anything. I had to go to the formal event with hot pink nails. The nails stayed on great. That's the only reason I'm giving this two stars. read more
