I've gotten my nails done elsewhere and had leftover acrylic underneath my nails, but here they used tools and cleaned up around their work. As well, they were all very thorough with sanitizing everything including their hands when passing items around. It was a great experience and I'll definitely come back, and suggest it to friends

I first found her Instagram (@daisynails_collierville) and sent her a DM and she responded so fast! Sent her a picture of the nails I wanted and she set up an appointment for me. I even had to change my appointment and she was super friendly about it. I went in and she's renovated the whole place it looks great! I didn't wait for more than a minute before they had me in my chair. Super fast and friendly. I usually don't talk to my nail techs ,I just like to enjoy my manicure but I couldn't help but talk to her she's so sweet and funny. I even ended up talking to other people in the salon it was a great environment! I broke a nail a few days later, totally my fault I smashed it in a book, but I just DM'd her on Instagram and she got me in the next day to fix it! Again super fast and friendly! After an hour, I was told it would be an additional 15 minutes. After two hours, I still had not been seen. I was put in a chair to soak. After soaking for a while, I finally gave up. I love the look of the place. The people being seen seem to enjoy it. However, I really feel that customers should be given a realistic estimate of the wait time and regular updates.
