She tells me I need to call to figure out which card is which or she can swipe and check on her register, we go to her register. They are both annoyed at this point. I work in customer service and deal with this kind of stuff a lot (it's really not hard or difficult to check these things), but I still apologized for the inconvenience to which they didn't respond. I finally said I could just pay in cash and the lady was rude about that as well. Unhelpful, rude, and no compassion. I always pay at the pump but couldn't because of the cards and the one time I actually go in I am treated with very poor service. Don't waste your time here.
