And she was the first person ever not to ask me the clipper number they should use. She was quick, but not overly so and as it was wrapping up she gave me a shoulder and scalp massage. Especially for a guy like me with thinner hair, difficult to work with but she never fails to amaze me. I got a simple men's haircut for $17, which is comparable to other shops and well worth it. A nice man cut my hair and I think he did an excellent job. He really took his time with everything and he finished it off with a hot towel over the head and a nice massage to the back, traps, and head (using a handheld massager). I would like to respond to James T's review and offer some insight. I have been going to LV Barber for 7 years and the price of a haircut on my first visit was $19. However, much has happened since then, including COVID, high inflation, and a scarcity of good help in all retail businesses. As a result, prices everywhere have risen. A quality haircut for $19 in a expensive area like Falls Church City could never exist anymore. Rent increases alone dictate a higher price just to stay open/profitable. It's unfortunate that Yelp doesn't allow a business owner to update a review made years ago by a customer showing outdated prices that are now incorrect. At the end of the day, the quality of the haircut at LV Barber is worth what they charge. I am guessing prices will continue to slowly rise to ensure they can stay in business and the quality service will then be able to continue. read more

I went there first time and was impressed by their customer service, they really took the time to make it an experience rather than a quick and easy cut, shampoo, gel routine. The shampooing was thorough, there was a hot towel massage and neck massage as a part of the haircut. I also did a razor shave, which also had the bonus of a facial massage.
