I've been seeing Kimberley for years now, but I have been slowing down in visits because I'm just doing maintenance. She can do a bunch of different laser services for a bunch of different skin issues. She will custom the session to your needs. If ya got a nagging spot or bothering something, she might just "zap" it away, just like that. She does have an array of effective medical grade products that she doesn't push, so ask her if you are interested. Loved my scarlet facial a non surgical face lift. I've had one before from another place but I noticed how experienced Kimberly was by adjusting depths in different parts of my face to target different issues from scars fine lines and sagging skin. Just finished my pumpkin enzyme peel! Stacey was AMAZING ! My extractions did NOT hurt! I don't know what magic she did but I was very comfortable even at the time of the extractions. I had permanent eyebrows done by a recommendation from a friend and saw this girls work on Instagram, and it looked great however it did not turn out well for me . They were too dark and incorrect shape for my face . I was devastated!!! I was stuck with these awful brows , I should have gone back to my original girl. It's true you get what you pay for !! I complained to this eyebrow girl , and she refunded me $200 of the $390 I paid her , she sent me some skincare products to try and fade them but it didn't work . I went to a dermatologist but they would not do laser on them , then I went to another permanent eyebrow place I'd been to before , where I found the original eyebrow artist I had and should had gone back to , they do removal, but the eyebrow ink removal was timely and very expensive for several treatments up to $250 a session , and I would have to walk around with bloody scabbing brows , it's not attractive. I kept looking around and found Kimberly Klepatz with Las Vegas Laser on Durango. I explained what happened to me and Kimberly said come in I can help you . She was so kind and understanding and she used her high tech laser machine on my brows , and even in first session she was able to remove a lot , I went back 2 weeks later for more , and the old ugly brows are gone ! She charged me a reasonable price , she charges $ 99 and gave me a discount for what I went through . I was over the moon happy and satisfied, and relieved, and she saved me from these ugly brows and my bad experience . She also does other amazing treatments that I will be going to do with Kimberly. This is an update on my IPL number two for face. A lot more improvement and not only my skin visibly clears out of sunspots, but it also obtained some elasticity and fresh feeling. However the IPL doesn't clear acne or textured imperfections, it only clears sunspots like freckles and not the deep once though. I also tried Genesis laser there and that gave me smooth skin as well, but I like Quantum laser the most, it clears deeper sunspots and clears out acne and break outs. read more

I am loving how things are shaping off of me! ;) I highly recommend the cavi-lipo if you're looking to get rid of problem areas. Just be patient and know that it's going to take more than a few sessions for optimal results despite what you saw on Dr. Oz lol. I just think that everyone must respond differently. I've visited Kim 5 times now and will probably book another 7 with this particular procedure. It's well worth it!!!! I also love the decor, cleanliness, and soothing aroma that welcomes you when you come in. Went in for my free consultation. And I must be honest Kim, knows what she's talking about and the advice on the products that she offers. I had VI PEEl. I had been doing some research on the web about it and with the help of Kim I went ahead and had the procedure done. First must say this place is clean well organized and over all appearance Great. I've tried finding a good laser place here in Austin and everybody has just fallen short --- either with the lack of knowledge about the procedures they are performing, or just the general vibe. I initially bought a Groupon for the 3 IPLs. (Note to people buying Groupons, best to call and pay for the service directly. I have found that most places honor the Groupon price, but Groupon's fees are extreme. So to support local businesses, I usually call them to purchase so that they get more of the profits directly). Anyhow, my skin is too dark for the IPL and we have since used Genesis. Kimberly was great and swapped it evenly for the same price. I'd like to address the positives before going into the negatives. This business is extremely clean and seems to be run in a professional manner. Even though, I don't have any basis of comparison, I was happy with the pumpkin enzyme peels I received and left the technician a good tip each time. There was something I wasn't very happy about which is why I only gave three stars. I purchased a groupon for 2 pumpkin enzyme peels and 2 microdermabrasions. I went in for my first treatment in June. I asked if they do the microdermabrasion and then the peel. The technician said she wanted to ask me questions first. She wanted to know if I had ever had a microdermabrasion or a peel before. I explained that I did have a microdermabrasion before but had never had a facial of any kind. She stated that she had concerns about doing both procedures at the same time because she didn't know how my skin would react to the peel. We agreed that she would only do the peel that day and if there was no problem she would do both procedures at the next appointment. I didn't really question this because I do have very fair skin and am nearly sixty, so I assumed those issues could be a cause for concern. A little over a month later I went in for the second peel. I told the technician that I didn't have any problem with the peel the first time, so I wanted to get both a microdermabrasion and a peel during that appointment. She began looking at my skin and told me that I have a few broken capillaries, so that it wouldn't be good for my skin to do both procedures. I accepted what she said since she's the professional, and I have limited knowledge in this area. A few minutes later, I told her that before leaving that day I want to set up an appointment for the two microdermabrasions. She told me that she didn't think microdermabrasion would be appropriate for my skin. I asked her if she was recommending that they provide a different service instead. She then told me that groupon had made a mistake when they took LV Laser Services' order and wrote the ad. She said that it was supposed to be two peels or two microdermabrasions, not both. I found this very suspicious in that neither she nor the owner had said anything about there being an error and that for both days of service an excuse was provided for why I wouldn't be receiving both procedures. There was never any mention of a mistake until I said I wanted to set up the appointments for the microdermabrasions. The technician apologized for the error and asked if she could just leave the peel on for a few more minutes to make up for it. I decided to just accept what she was saying and check it out with groupon once I got home. I don't know if it was left on longer, since the appointment took the same amount of time as the first one. I knew I had the right to demand what was promised, but I didn't want to do that if there had truly been an error. It's a small business, and I didn't want to cause a financial hardship on them needlessly. I contacted groupon and asked them if this business had notified them that they had made an error when creating the ad. If it was my business, and I noticed an error had been made like that, the first thing I would have done would be to make sure it was corrected. The groupon reply stated that the matter would have to be looked into. I do know that the last time I saw the deal offered on groupon, it still stated that the price was for two pumpkin enzyme peels and two microdermabrasions. This and the statements made prior by the technician suggest that there wasn't any "mistake." I would suggest that prior to purchase you call the business and make sure that what you think you are buying matches what they say you are buying. read more
