I purchased the two ceramide lippies from here and by far it's my favorite to use! One is a ceramide lip gloss and the other is a ceramide lip tint in the shade Spice Cake! The ceramide keeps the lips super hydrated with the perfect consistency. It has a cooling tip applicator which creates a luxurious feel when applying the lip gloss. The staff was very welcoming and Amanda was very accommodating, as I decided to stop by last minute. I started going to White Coat Aesthetics in June 2024 and over the last two years I've had several services, including DiamondGlow facials, Botox/Dysport, Sculptra, and aesthetic consultations. There are definitely positives. The office is clean and professional, the front desk staff have always been friendly, and the providers generally do a good job educating patients about treatments and options. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been inconsistent enough that I have decided not to return. Over the years, I've seen multiple providers at the practice. Some experiences were fine, others left me feeling underwhelmed or dissatisfied. The results were rarely bad, but they were also rarely exceptional, especially compared to providers I've seen elsewhere. My final experience is what ultimately convinced me to move on. I specifically scheduled a Dysport appointment with a provider whose work I was familiar with. When I arrived, I was informed that she was no longer with the practice and that I would be seeing a different provider. While I was eventually offered a discount for the inconvenience, I was disappointed that I wasn't notified before arriving. After treatment, my brows felt heavier than usual, my eyelids appeared more hooded than they typically do after neuromodulator treatments, and I had uneven forehead movement. I scheduled a follow-up appointment to discuss my concerns. During that appointment, I explained that these results were significantly different from what I normally experience. I also requested more than once that Amanda Ralph, the Medical Director, review my results or provide a second opinion. That request was not accommodated, and I was told the provider was relying on her own clinical judgment and did not see an issue beyond a minor eyebrow asymmetry. What bothered me most was not necessarily the disagreement itself. Cosmetic outcomes can be subjective. It was the feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than thoughtfully evaluated. Afterward, I reached out directly to Amanda Ralph to explain my concerns and my overall experience with the practice over the last two years. In her response, she stated that she had reviewed the visits, agreed with the assessment provided by her team, did not recommend any additional treatment, and suggested that White Coat Aesthetics may no longer be the best fit for my aesthetic care needs and that I seek treatment elsewhere. I appreciate that she took the time to respond personally. However, after multiple disappointing experiences, feeling dismissed during my follow-up, and receiving a final response that essentially confirmed the practice stood behind the handling of the situation, I feel confident that seeking care elsewhere is the right decision. The office is nice, the front desk staff are wonderful, and I don't doubt that many patients have positive experiences here.
