My first and definitely last time going to this nail salon. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure, paid $75 one single person working all morning, very rushed and gel manicure did not even last a 1 week before it started peeling off. I called to complain and the owner told me to come in so she could "see my nails", continued to blame me for the gel not sticking saying that I probably garden or my nails are just "too oily" for gel. Something I have never heard or experienced in the 8+ yrs that I've gotten gel polish. Nevertheless I showed up to the salon exhausted after a long shift and showed her my nails she was extremely nasty and rude saying that she would fix them for me "only one time", being that I was tired after work I asked her if I could come back the next day, she very rudely told me, "NO if you want it fixed I'm only fixing today, come tomorrow and pay full price and no refund either". On top of that I was forced to pick the exact same polish that I had picked previously. Needless to say Im sitting here writing this review 3 days later and the polish is peeled off again. This is not an honest business! I would highly discourage you from choosing LV Nails. Go elsewhere to get your nails done. I made an appt for 6 of us in my bridal party including 2 little girls to get our nails done here. We were told it would take 2 hrs for all of us. While we were there they took 2 walk ins as they walked in front of us and so it took our party over 3 hrs. I was the bride getting my nails done and was put last and so it made me 30 min late for my rehearsal. My appt was at 12 and I didnt leave the salon until after 3:15. Also the lady doing my nails didn't do what I asked multiple times for my nails. They had limited colors. The biggest reason I would not recommend this place is because not only did they take 2 walk ins while we were there in front of us, a 3rd walkin came in and was told it was only a 15 min wait time (with 4 of still sitting there waiting to get our nails done and only 2 people doing nails) which was a lie to try to get her business!!!!! We were in New Holland Pa on an extended RV trip and I really needed a mani-pedi. Went to this little shop and was treated like I was a regular instead of a tourist. Clean, pleasant surroundings and great mani-pedi. If you are in the Gap, Pa area I would highly recommend this place! read more

Not the classiest or most sparkling clean place I've been to, but the ladies are nice and they do a fantastic job on my eyebrows. $6 for an eyebrow wax is cheaper than any other place around. Sometimes I have to wait ten or fifteen minutes because the place is usually pretty busy but they really do a good job and most times they can take me right away. I've only ever gotten my eyebrows done there so I can't comment on any other services. read more

I love this place. I am surprised that it isn't busier during the week as the technicians give one of the best pedicures I've had. The salon is clean, the decor is simple but well maintained. This is not a fancy nail salon; nobody's going to serve you wine. But if you want a really good manicure or pedicure, this is the place to go. Nikki and Nina do an excellent job. They are very clean and careful and their pedicures and manicures last easily 2 weeks. They have a wide array of colors (regular and gels). I don't do acrylics so I can't speak for that but they're always pleasant and willing to do whatever you want. Occasionally I have heard them recommend gel polish rather than acrylic because eventually, the acrylics will ruin your nails. but in five years of going here they've never tried to push a service on me. read more

Worst service I have ever had. Went in there to get acrylics and the lady told me no I'm going to do a gel manicure you don't need the acrylics. I also told her that I was the one paying and she insisted on the gel manicure. So I didn't want to argue anymore and just went with it. Then next I told her how I wanted the design. A cute, easy one from off pinterest and she told me she didn't know how to do it and it was a simple design. Needless to say I will NEVER EVER go back there. horrible!!!! was there for two hours made her redo becuase she cut them super short without asking...... then after i get home i look at my nails and notice my left hand is almost 2cms shorter then my right..... i go back to the salon and the lady tells me its my fault.!!! if your job is to do nails, shouldnt u at least know what u are doing? read more
