Instead of trying to help or find a solution, they became angry and argumentative. To make matters worse, I was cursed at during the interaction, which was completely unacceptable and shocking. No customer should be treated with disrespect for simply asking for something different. The entire experience left me feeling unwelcome and upset. I expected professionalism and basic courtesy, but unfortunately received the opposite. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to others based on how I was treated. I waited at the counter until a Tech acknowledged me and said it be around an hr wait. I signed in and was the next one in line, according to me lol. There was no one else in the waiting area. I ended up waiting about 2 hrs. Four people walked in after me and they were all assisted before me, I'm assuming they were regulars/appointments. They had about 4 employees, each assisting someone and the environment was ok (quiet no music). I was out of there by 1:15pm. Overall, I would say the other reviews on pricing, waiting experiences, and ambience are spot on. I'f you have an appointment and you're there to be in & out, I'd recommend. If you're a walk in or looking for a relaxing experience, then I wouldn't.

Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that but how a business responds to those mistakes matters. I would strongly recommend implementing an automated confirmation or reminder system to help avoid appointment misunderstandings in the future.
