My mom and I had a 10 am appointment which was confirmed the day before for 2 mani and pedi's. They never showed! We waited until 10:30 and decided to cut our losses and leave. We passed by the salon again 20 minutes later, still nobody at the salon. We got a call back at 11:15. We were hoping for just an explanation. We didn't have time to go back, as we are heading out for a wedding this afternoon. A wedding we are in, hence why we needed the appointments. As my mom was explaining we couldn't come back an employee was laughing obnoxiously in the background. It was very unprofessional and I wouldn't waste your time going to their salon. Super unprofessional, not punctual, and rude. Go else where! read more

Went for a manicure today and my tech did a great job..I always get a design on my ring fingers and asked my tech to do one. She said she rarely has anyone ask but she would try. She did a great job and I am very pleased with my nails. This is my go to place to get my nails done because they are very clean, never rush, and take pride in a job well done. After going to three different salons over many years, I found my treasure spot!! The staff is extremely friendly, professional and highly skilled. I got a french manicure on my hands and feet for a wedding, and it is absolutely the best one I have ever had! The salon is very clean and, in these COVID times, they take every precaution to keep their clients safe. This is my favorite nail salon EVER! Very nice place! Always clean, friendly techs and fair prices. I got my first gel pedicure here and it has lasted 3 weeks and still going strong with no chips!! I can't believe it considering a regular pedicure is usually chipped within two weeks especially in the summer. I highly recommend. read more

I want to start by saying my nail tech did a great job with my nails, she took her time and was trying to make sure all my nails were even. I love the way they came out. However, I am new to nail salons so initially I went in for a regular manicure (I did not think to say it was for acrylic nails because again I am very new to this whole thing), but I asked for acrylics when I went into the salon. First, they never asked me what type of nails I wanted or if I wanted designs or anything. Since I first started going to nail salons, the nail tech always asks me what kind of nail I want and if I would like any designs. So, when I mentioned I wanted acrylics, the nail tech said "Okay, do you want tips or the full nail. I asked them what they would suggest, and the one nail tech told me it depends on how long your natural nail is (with attitude) like it was an inconvenience. Now, I understand I went in asking for a regular manicure, but I did not think of specifying that I wanted acrylics because I know they take longer to do than a natural nail, and I apologize on my end but there was no need for the lady to give me attitude. After I decided on just the nail tips, another customer walks in and the original nail tech I had taken care of her instead of me, so I get moved to another nail tech. I move to the new nail tech, and she asks me what shape and no other questions on what else I may have wanted (Again I am new and usually the nail tech at other salons asks me exactly what I want before starting my nails). I ask for a coffin shape, she starts to apply the nails and was very aggressive with my hands. I noticed the whole time she seemed agitated. After she gets done applying the tips, she asks me to rinse my hands (That's it, she never said do not use soap) I come back and she asks me, "Did I use soap?" and I say "Oh, I did" she does not respond, and I can see her shake her head. She proceeds to tell me to dry my fingers in the fan. This whole time she had attitude with me. I decide to put my air pod in my ear to listen to music to calm down and while I am trying to do that that she is looking at me very rudely. She then proceeds on and finally gets to the final coat, and I figured before she applied it, she would ask me if I wanted any nail art, but she did not. So, while she is applying the final coat, I say oh I would like a flower design on one nail. She looks at me and says oh why did not you say that in the beginning. I said you never asked. I then said I am new to this and politely told her she has been very rude to me this whole time. She did not acknowledge that and just asked me what colors I wanted for the flower, I tell her purple and white (Another nail tech came by to do the nail art, she was very nice and did a very good job.) The whole time she was taking care of me, I felt very uncomfortable and my frontal lobe hurt because there was no reason for this lady to be rude and aggressive with me (She does not know what has been going on in my life, I've had a very stressful time these past few months and I was just looking to relax and enjoy my time at a "spa" since it is my 21st birthday tomorrow. I was still polite to her the whole time. At the end, she tells my mom the price (As it was a birthday gift) and it was very reasonable, my mom even gave her a $10 tip. I do recommend this place if you want a good job on your nails, and most of the other staff was friendly. However, just be aware that if you are looking to relax, maybe look for another place because I did not feel relaxed or that it was a spa, I felt upset the whole time and I almost wanted to get up and leave. I wish I got the nail techs name, but I never write a review for any place, and I just felt I had such a bad experience with this lady that even my nails did not compensate for her attitude, so I feel it was necessary to write this review even if no one believes it or reads it. I hope the nail tech I had understands that just because even if she was having a bad day does not mean she had to bring it out on me and make my experience and morning not pleasurable. Thank you for the nail service, but I will not be back again because of the absence of true hospitality. read more
