Whether it's peppers, herbs, or native plants like I grow, hydroponic stores offer another level of product knowledge and selection. Andrew Johansson and the team there are incredibly helpful and take the science of growing far beyond what most casual hobbyists ever get into. I was looking for a very specific type of 5-gallon nursery pot--not the flimsy blow-molded kind that warp or crack after a season, but heavy-duty injection molded pots built to last. I knew exactly what I needed, and Andrew offered to special order the Gro Pro Premium line. They're thick, rigid, have a wide rim with a grip lip, and are made in the USA. I've ended up with 50 of these pots over time because they're just that much better than the cheap stuff. If anyone needs nutrients, supplements, soil amendments, grow lights, propagation trays, or high-quality nursery pots, skip the big box store and check out a local hydro shop. Even with special orders like mine, there were no extra freight charges and pickup was easy. Best Hydroponics is right by where Texas Station Casino used to be, for anyone nearby. And if anyone stops by, let them know you found them through the Facebook gardening groups. It's always good to show the local community is paying attention.

Not sure what they were trying to pull. I asked for a refund but they said not until I ship the containers back. Well, I did not have the container in my possession. Of course, I had no alternative but to refuse receipt. When following up with Brittany (who claims to be part owner) I was told they were having issues with the local post office and that once they received the returned items they would reship. It's FOUR weeks after the purchase date and once again I followed up by calling Brittany and she said the pots had been returned to a different 123 Grow Hydo.. store and that they could not reship until they received the pots. Later that day I sent and email to Brittany stating that their problem was with the USPS and their in-house shipping process. I then requested that they ship (6 fully paid for pots) that day. Brittany responded via email notifying me that she was refunding the purchase. Absolute abysmal customer service!!!

Their tech failed to do his due diligence before he replaced a fuel injector. I picked this generator up and it was stalling in the middle of the night. I called a dealership in Arilington, TX, he said bring it in. So when I arrived service manager asked me to start it. He listened and said don't like they way it sounds." So he told his tech to pull out my spark arrestor and it was caked with about 1/2 inch of soot! it had never been cleaned in 9000 hours of operation! I called Stotz Equipment, Corporate office in Avondale, AZ. I spoke with the Service Director over 25 Service Managers her name was Ms. Julie Jackson. Another 1,500 hours and this same generator needed a new throttle body and fuel pump. I called her again and she did absolutely nothing for me! Now yesterday i go into their [Stotz] location in Cortez, CO, to order a $ 4,500.00 John Deere, diesel generator. I called Julie Jackson, at Stotz Corporate office and left a professional message. This morning she didn't call me she alerted her store in Cortez, to "cancel my generator order because I am not in good standing with Stotz." Don't ever do business with Stotz Equipment! They are total ASSWIPES!

I haven't seen her in a minute so we caught up for a bit. Her store is looking even better than ever! She also has some fun hats, journals, pins, etc. There's seriously so many things to check out here. Even tarot cards, which is so fun! I got two little plant babies that hopefully I won't kill. The prices are great, and she told me how to take care of it and said I didn't even need to water it for a bit. Which I love haha. Definitely recommend supporting this local business especially if you're a plant lover! This is not a beginner-friendly store…read more My girlfriend and I stopped by nearly a year ago looking to get into houseplants. We had no idea what we were doing and asked one of the employees for assistance. He was not the most helpful, and for each plant we pointed out, he had nothing to offer aside from seemingly describing everything as "easy to take care of". None of the plants had a clearly marked price, and we ended up purchasing a beautiful 6" Maranta, a lemon lime prayer plant, for $78 - this price does not include the planter we purchased with it. In retrospect, it was certainly our fault for not doing more research. However, we've since had multiple experiences at other plant stores that made our first experience at Interior Gardens less than memorable. At virtually every other store, employees have taken the time to ask us questions, and talked to us about various growing conditions such as lighting, watering, soil type, etc. Furthermore, we've been to multiple well-known high end boutiques and were dismayed to see our same 6" Maranta sold for a fraction of the price, which was especially disappointing as some of these stores are already known to be notoriously overpriced. We went to a very popular store in southern California recently that carried our same plant for under $30, literally less than half the price. Interior Gardens takes good care of their products and will sell you healthy plants, but they are either obscenely overpriced or brutally predatory on beginners, with very unhelpful service. We have since learned about and expanded our collection of houseplants a great deal, and have no intention on returning to Interior Gardens given our much better experiences elsewhere.
