I went in with a friend for her birthday and I asked for a manicure. The girl asked what kind of polish, and I asked her to explain the difference between dip and gel for my nails. I've never had dip before so I figured I'd try that. I was there for at least an hour, she just kept filing my nails all the way down and never asked how I wanted them shaped, nicked my cuticles in multiple spots with the dremel tool, didn't use clean equipment and never even did an actual manicure! I had to push my own cuticles back prior to her starting the dip. My nails are so thick and uneven that I want to have them removed! read more

Never Again! My daughters and I have used this place off and on for years out of convenience not because of experience. Today this fill took 26 min from the time we sat down until we back in our car after disputing the quality. They were uneven, ugly, sloppy, and all around just bad. They did not give a refund because nothing was wrong with the actual nail. It was quality work according to them. When the we told the tech they looked terrible, she said "yes, I know but I'm busy, sorry." Then moved on to the next client. No offer to get them redone. Just sent us on our way. This place is hopping! Lots of people who like this place. I thought It was okay. The staff was fine; they weren't rude but definitely didn't wow me with friendliness or customer service. My daughter's nails came out cute and lasted a good 1 1/2 weeks (gel nails). The prices are comparable to other nail places. I read some reviews that stated how clean this place was, however I didn't find this place to be very clean. The nail stations were cluttered and the padding around a couple of them were painted on and dirty. The check in/check out station was also disorganized with broken nail displays. I think one will find cleaner nail salons in town. read more

I came here because of Yelp. Well...other than they were nice i have nothing good to say. The lady took a chunk out of my little toe with a metal callus remover (I didn't have any calluses). So the rest of the pedicure was uncomfortable as I was bleeding and it hurt! When it came the the massage she literally just rubbed my leg bone over and over. Ummm, pretty sure you're supposed to rub the muscles! Then she didn't use a base coat for my polish, so it won't last as long. THEN she brought my my bill (toe still bleeding) and not only was the pedi full price but she charged me for my file and $5 for a tiny nail art that SHE asked if she could do! I totally assumed she asked if she could do it as a courtesy for hacking my foot! Nope! This morning I still can't wear a shoe other that flip flops. For $50 I should be happy! Absolutely horrible experience. This was my second time coming here, as I gave them a second opportunity after my first negative experience. When I first arrived, I sat down for a gel manicure, I sat there at the station for 5 minutes before someone came, then she gave me a bowl of cold water. After this, the cleanliness and quality of the tools and manicure were the worst. The tools were dirty (see photo) and the women were not wearing their masks above their nose. The package had not even been sanitized and you could tell because the tab hadn't been sealed or pulled. Everywhere you looked it was extremely dirty. Never again. I used to like this location however last week I went in for a fill. New guy who started 2 days prior from California is not good for acrylic! First finger to use his electric filer and it caught my nail, flipped my finger over and cut me.. he grabbed my hand and continued with ZERO apology. I should have stopped him, his machine kept cutting out and grabbing my nail... worst set of nails ever! Uneven thick acrylic, lumps, bumps and not fully polished on the sides. Went here for the first time was very excited. but my nail tech didn't listen to me and made my nails to short. and they were lumpy and not fully covered. they also cut my finger three times and did not care. I bled and they did not clean it or disinfect anything. and I am hiv positive and the contaminated a bunch of things with my blood. I went in Friday afternoon for a full set of acrylics. I have been here many times before and am usually pretty happy with my nails. The young man who helped me started off by picking out tips that were too small, and when I said so he ignored me. He rushed through cutting and filing them and had such a hard time doing the shape I wanted (squared oval) that I asked him to just make them rounded to make it easier on him and get us moving along. The acrylic was lumpy and clumped hard under my nails and the gel manicure was sloppy. I left feeling pretty deflated. I had planned to try and fix things at home but thought NO- I'm going back to ask for this to be fixed. I don't like to complain at businesses but I'm working on speaking up when something really isn't right. I was nervous because I read so many reviews from ppl who said they went back to complain and got treated harshly, yelled at, chased from the shop...I went in and was nice about it and said I'd be happy to pay the price of a fill, I just wanted things fixed. A very nice woman named Mary did my nails- got me the shape and length I wanted and they look amazing. I went to take out my wallet and she said there was no charge and thanked me for coming back to let them fix it for me. I thanked her again and said I'd be sure to make appointments in the future and ask for her by name, and I gave her $20. Something tells me that some of the people who wrote reviews saying they went in to complain and got treated harshly likely complained harshly. This is my second time going here. The first was very good, the lady who did my nails she was social and nice. And took her time with my nails. But after coming here again, im never coming back. For starters she didnt even ask how short i wanted them. I had to stop her before she started clipping. Second, once she did the pink park of the french tip, i asked if she could reduce the intensity of the pink & she said it was too late. How can they say no when you ask them to change something when IM the one paying YOU. & lastly, she only let my nails in the dry machine for 50 seconds and tole me to go wash my hands and made me pay. Very clean - nice decor and massage chairs. Wonderful selection of pedicures to choose from - I got the deluxe citrus (they squeezed oranges on my legs - which sounds weird but was also kind of awesome) and the leg massage was amazing. They also have quite the selection of gel polishes! read more

I have cuts on 8 toes..My nails are cut way to short, it hurts to walk. I was in so much pain I didn't sleep that night. Not to mention She put all three layers of polish on at once, and it just fell off, the big toe is my own polish that I put on myself. I do not live here and am here for business and I have never been here before. Nail tech was rude- when asked to please clean the polish off of my cuticles she said she does not deal with picky people. Her brush strokes are on each one of my nails and there is also lint. I spoke with someone to ask where the manager was and she wasn't there-I then asked if some one else could clean up the polish and they said that they couldn't because I was her client. Oh and she made me pay plus asked for tip before she painted my nails. Worst paint job I have ever had and I have been getting my nails done for years. Myself, daughter, and granddaughter, went in to get our nails done for my grand daughters 10th birthday. We all 3 got a manicures(no tips), and pedicures with gel nail polish. I paid for my grand daughters manicure, my manicure, & pedicure. The women that did my granddaughters nails was very rough, and very rude. Every time my grand daughter would move the nail lady would grab her hand jerk it(like quit moving). They literally took 5 minutes to do her pedicure and charged for a full pedicure. I had a decent pedicure, & manicure, with no tips, just the dip on my own nails w/gel polish. I asked the young lady if she would give me a hand massage afterwards (I knew they would charge me for it), and the massage was very lame, and she acted like she was going out of her way to do me a favor. In the end when they bring you your bill, I was charged $230. I was blown away. I looked closely at the charges and they charge you for a pedicure $51 + $20 for the gel polish. Every salon i have been to(even phoenix) I can expect to pay about $55 for a pedicure & that includes the gel polish!! I feel like because of the location of this salon(across from the mall, Target side) they can charge a lot more. There service is NOT great, they are NOT very friendly, and they also make you feel like you they did you a favor!! Will NOT return to this nail salon again!! There are a lot of other choices out there and being that I live here I will definitely take my business else where. Would not recommend!! read more

The spa itself is nice, clean and spacious. No wait. Plenty of service options to chose from. All of that is good. What I didn't like was that they kept trying to talk me into options I had already said no to multiple times. If I say I only want a basic pedicure, that's all I want. If I say no to gel polish, it's no. Quit trying to pressure. Another thing that I didn't like was when I asked them to cut nails shorter, I was told they are short enough. For you maybe but not for me. So basically, if you want to be made to feel like what you want doesn't matter all while being pressured to upgrade to things you don't want, then you'll be happy here. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Very clean and comfortable. All staff were wearing masks and following COVID guidelines (thank you!) and they send you home with the files/buffer you use to avoid contamination. I had a terrible experience. The nail tech was very irritated when I told her i wanted a basic pedicure. Threw down her tools and was very rough. I had to repetitively ask to have cuticles trimmed and nail smoothed for no jagged edges. At the end she started painting a flower I didn't ask for but would not repaint the nail. When I told the person checking me out about my evoerience, he said "I'm sorry would you like to leave a tip?" Told me I could come back within 7 days to have it redone. No thank you. After a manicure yesterday I watched as they cleaned the nippers by wiping them with a paper towel and placing them in a clean plastic wrapper. My nails have chipped already. I wish this had been a better experience. I called to get appointments set up for 2 mani pedis. I was told they don't take appointments and to just walk in. So I did. It was packed. We were ushered to the pedi stations relatively quickly anyway. It was confusing as to who our techs would actually be. The people assigned to us could not speak with us about our options so I ordered a $99 pedi package for each of my party. It was supposed to be very pampering. What they did was ok but not worth the price and not everything listed was even done. My manicure apparently didn't include any moisturizer at the end and I had to ask her to do my cuticles. I got custom art. I wasn't consulted about the accent colors for the custom art I had done and they are awful and the art is awful. When it was time to pay, we were delayed by more than half an hour waiting for our ticket to be properly run. We literally had to wait for the owner to come to the store from somewhere else. Then I was offered a 10% discount for my wait. My bill was 300. Another $50 in tips because this isn't the employees' fault. Thanks for the disappointing experience. read more

Ouch. This place is actually horrible. Came in with my sister and mother. They were extremely rude to my mom for wanting an acrylic pedi. Which she usually gets. Prices kept rising for the minor inconvenience to the women doing her toes. Everyone around was also yapping and making disgusting faces. What kind of establishment is this and who runs this business. Talk to your employees. They are horrible. Not to mention my mother left crying. She simply asked for nails on her toe to make them all even they said 81 we said alright then it went up to 92 okay still fine. She ended up with a half ass job and a disappointed experience. First time at LV heard it was good but it's not. I got mani/pedi w gel...the guy who did my feet did good but the heavy set guy who did my hands was AWEFUL. My nails are a mess. There is polish all over my hands and the guy basically bullied me about what I'm not allowed to ask for for the service I am paying for! Literally wouldn't shut up all because I asked to not have the gel filed off!!! Told me it makes me look picky and that they won't want to do the service if I ask for anything in particular! Welp I didn't dare say anything about the jagged nails or polish all over my hands!!!! Wont be back- won't ever recommend and having gone to better quality stores in town I know there are better places! Way better!!! It's official. I will not be returning. I'm a firm believer in tossing out one bad experience but it's regular now. My 2nd most recent visit included multiple deep cuts that resulted in infections because of a seriously distracted tech (I've decided to keep photos to myself because of how appalling it is). What I'd like to share is a black and white example of a norm that shouldn't be accepted by consumers, especially in smaller communities like ours. Every time my daughter joins, they point to jelly, she smiles and I'm charged $45 for filing her toes and painting them. That's it. I'm explicit and direct in my communication about the princess (child) pedi and I've been consistently charged for a premium service that isn't provided. These are poor business standards and practices and I can longer encourage it with my support. I have not received services I'm charged for and attempts to discuss are dismissed, every time. Quality triumphs over quantity every time. Search for quality. It's not here. read more

Worst manicure ever. I had a set of gels. Once they were all done she filed the very ends on the nails which caused the gel to lift within a week. I've never seen anyone do it that way and I think she was sabotaging her work so they would last. Usually a set of gels will last 2-3 weeks. Not these 5 days tops. Waste of money. I have been here 5 times now to get my nails done. I have had a full set of acrylics, a full set of shellac gel, fills, pedicure and manicure done. I love Jessica, she is detail oriented, friendly and always says if I have any issues to come back and she'll fix it for free. The salon is clean and peaceful, they give massages with the deluxe manicure and if you make an appointment, there is no waiting but they do take walk in's. My one and only complaint is the price, they are a bit high ($25 for fill/ $30 for pink/white, $35 for shellac manicure, etc.) but I have found it is worth the price. I will say I have not had anyone but Jessica do my nails, so I can't vouch for the others. read more
