I have received software and hardware support from India, Europe, United States and Canada. I have honestly never written comments or reviews about customer service or tech support but I had to make an exception in this case. I want to comment on order 63590 on December 8th. Jay Morales was the person who took my case from the beginning and I did not get good service. I got excellent service! He went above and beyond his obligations to help me and resolve my problem with so patience and courtesy. He is truly the definition of excelent customer service and it is people like him that make companies grow. The only available time. I was very excited about the role as well as working close to my home. At 6:40pm today I get a call from the hiring manager Joe informing me that the position was filled. I think this was very rude and unprofessional that you didn't even give me an opportunity to present myself and this was scheduled sine last Wednesday and you made a decision not seeing all scheduled interviews. I really feel this shows that this company lacks integrity and respect to possible candidates. After this lack of customer service I would be very cautious using them as a candidate and as a company.
