The steak was surprisingly tender and flavorful, I just wished there was more of it. It was cut super duper thin. The spring mix also wasn't my favorite because it was very spinach forward. I would have opted for more rice but also the hana rice wasn't that great. More mushy than what I was used to and didn't have any green tea extract or coconut taste which is fine. I think it would be great if the preset bowls had more sauces on them but you definitely can add other stuff to it as well. Workers were nice! I also tried the hana boba drink which had very little flavor but I'm a boba snob. I think the boba should have been soaked in some kind of brown sugar or syrup because it's super bland and the drink is pretty mild as well. The flan/custard in the drink is solid though. It is very clean inside and the perfect meal to bring to the beach. I will say I saw something about miso soup but it wasn't explained very well.
