It was very suspicious the way they presented this new product. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, was told "no one is in charge in this clinic". I left without any resolution and have yet to hear from anyone to provide clarity or apologize to me for the wasted hour to drive to an appointment for a service they had NO way of fulfilling. Discourage anyone from making an appointment here. Given the gross harassment for deposits, no last minute changes or cancellations (I received multiple text messages and emails). This facility should complete their own due diligence for clients. I've been to many med spas over the years and this is by far the least professional and most suspect I've ever heard of.

Dr sozer said he needs to add rib cartilage to my nose which he did. I got necrosis in the front of my nose also an infection. I was driving every week to get it checked out by de sozer. After it healed i had a hole in the front on my nose that he kind of repaired later. Also one of my nostrils was or still is droopy. He added ear cartilage to one of the sides where you can see a lump. So after two years as you can see on the last two pictures, this is my result. He told me on my last visit that I just need to wear a retainer at night which has not been helping at all. I asked him if he would post me in hes social media and he said "no one post secondary rhinoplastys" I told him I paid over 15k dollars for this? And that I had already went to see another doctor that wants to charge me 9k to fix this. Then he said he could add fat to my nose where is droopy. And he would cut my front scar again. I believe this would not fix the issue because my nostrils is droopy and adding more weight to that side is probably going to make it worse. also I can't breathe properly though that side. I feel super bad about this. I wish I never went here. Please I beg you save your money dont come with this doctor.

In only 5 days post op, but thus far everything he has said was completely accurate. He has more experience than any other doctor in EP, and it shows. His office staff is a bit quiet, not as outgoing, but he makes up for it. Usually when I see an ophalmalogist they sit with me and take and ask me questions not the tech. Disappointed. Usually I have the visual field test on the same day not a month and half disappointed!!! And never had an ophthalmologist charge me for an eye examination and tell me to go to an Optometrist again which I can't see clearly out of my glasses! they usually do the exam right there!!
