When the car was finally returned, I received no proper repair documentation and no clear explanation of what had actually been fixed. This is not the level of transparency you would expect from an authorised main dealer. Even more disappointing was the complete lack of response from Stoneacre head office to formal written complaints. No updates, no accountability and no real customer support. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential buyers to think very carefully before using this dealership or purchasing a vehicle from this group.
