The therapist (that I had) was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave great massage. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I didn't feel that I received enough time of actual massage - which I needed. The therapist put electrotherapy on me to stimulate muscles and she left the room for 10-15 mins. It might be beneficial, but I needed the actual hand to body massage. Or maybe while doing the electto therapy, the therapist could work on other areas of the body. It's still a great experience. Next time, I'd probably ask them to have only manual massage. Definitely recommended for post-surgery manual lymphatic drainage massage. read more

My massage therapist was Luisa and she has hands of gold. I came here under the advice of my surgeon after an invasive procedure and I always left here feeling so much better. This place was recommended by my plastic surgeon after a tummy tuck with liposuction. The massage was gentle, firm and very effective in treating the hardness of my skin. Soothing and serene music added to the restful atmosphere. My therapist Merely was excellent; she was able to identify with me because she had a similar experience. So I received my second message today. Unfortunately, It was a completely different experience from my previous visit. I paid $90 dollars for a 60 minute massage. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00am. I got there around 10:45. Someone was already occupying the room I was suppose to get a massage in and I was instructed to wait. 11:15 rolled around and I was told by the masseuse that it would be a few mins until I could start the massage. And she apologized for the delay. I had no problem with that. I entered the room at 11:22. During this session an external ultrasound device was used for the first ten minutes. Soon after the masseuse applied a wrap around my waist for electro therapy. After apply the wrap, she left me in the room for about 20-25 mins. She came back at 11:54 removed the wrap and massaged my abdomen for the remaining 6 mins. Yay that was it! I paid $90 dollars for less than 40 mins in the room and for machines to give me a massage. I understand that they have appointments after me but it' not my fault they started my session late. And I'm not paying all of this money for machines to give me a massage. I was very disappointed and voiced my concern to the secretary. At work if I don't work a full hour, my pay is deducted. The same thing goes for this establishment. I did not receive the full service I paid for. $90 is not cheap, so I expect the best of the best. I can pay $5 for a massage at the mall by a machine. I was able to speak with the manager over the phone and she said she would give me a complimentary 30 min massage after. Whats complimentary about that? I paid for it and I'm entitled to it. I'm not coming back. If you want a massage by machines feel free to come here and be slapped with a $90 bill. Lesson learned! read more

What a great experience. I was pretty nervous going in due to a not so great experience elsewhere. Greater by a beautiful columbian family operated business was refreshing. They have wonderful customer service from email/phone and from arrival to departure. The place smelled like mint and the room was very clean. I just brought my mother in for lymphatic drainage massage that was performed by one of the new therapists Luisa. My mother says that she came out feeling like a new woman that she has never felt this good before. My mother is a 74-year-old woman that has scoliosis and severe pain you can't even touch her back. Not only does Luisa perform lymphatic drainage massage she also has a background in therapy And my mother is extremely happy. I just decided to go ahead and get a package so that she can return several times. I almost left in tears, but we can blame that on my hormones. My fiance gave me a gift certificate for a prenatal massage on Mothers Day. I decided to hold onto it until I really needed it. Now two months later my sciatic nerve is killing me and my feet hurt from being on them 13hrs a day... I really needed a massage. The place- I was nervous with it being in a building, but when you walk in the office is pretty relaxing. There was just the one lady at the desk- the same woman who would do my massage. I was not offered anything to drink or anything like that. The Massage- It was bad. The lady, Ilenna, asked what brought me in and what to work on and I let her know. She spent maybe 15 seconds on each of my feet and although I complained of sciatic pain she did not touch the back of my legs. Not my hamstrings and not my calves although I asked her more than once if she was going to get to it. I brought it up again at the end of the massage and was told my hour was up. You must be wondering where all the time went... well she spent about 12 minutes on each of my forearms and a lot of time on my butt. Its like she picked where she wanted to rub and totally bypassed other areas. I know with me being preggo and on my side the backs of my legs might not be in the easiest position to massage, but to ignore them completely was just beyond me. The areas she did massage she did an okay job on. Oh and the woman had her phone on her. Yes it was on vibrate, but throughout my massage I could hear and feel it vibrate agains the massage table. Mind you my phone was off as I was hoping to relax for an hour. I was soo looking forward to the massage as for me it isn't something i do often... maybe once every couple of years. This is a full review of Heaven on Earth, I had a procedure done and I was a little skeptical about spending more money on massages. Wowwww.... the lymphatic massages were so well worth it. The aftercare that Iliana provided for me... words can't explain. I was given detailed instructions on what to do in order to get the best results for my body. Illeana helped with my drain, stitches, and helped me put my faja back on after the massages. After each massage, my faja went on a smaller hook. Illeana was on vacation and her sister took excellent care of me, Vicky helped bring down the inflammation and swelling on my back. I got a bbl back in end of feb and i went to a place called zen brazil in metrowest paid for my 10 massages and honestly the 2 first times vivian did my massage after that her assistant kept on doing my massages but vivian was always too busy but her assistant was very nice but did not know much about lymphatic drainage well at the end of my massages i stayed with horrible fibrosis on my waist she only used ultrasound and hand massage never wanted to use cavitation or radio frenquency on me but she said that it was not for that but my massage therapist back in the dr office told me to request that. My body was still in pain when i would lay down on my back there was times i would cry thinking i was never going to be able to get rid of these horrific fibrosis. On may 10 i went and got my breast augmentation and breast lift and some lipo on my arms and and side boob i decided i had to find someone else that could do my next 10 msgs and help me with my current fibrosis i found heaven on earth was a little far from me but it was so worth it .iliana helped me so much she got rid of all my fibrosis 99% and her massages were amazing. She worked very hard to get rid of all my fibrosis. It was worth every penny and all the drives over to the beautiful winter park. My massage therapist at my doctor office saw me last friday and saw the complete difference of before and said she would recommend her to any patients from orlando. I found a mobile massage therapist company who said that they do have someone who offers this type of massage. Well I had a session with them and they were not trained in this type of massage. Although the massage was good it was not what I needed for this visit. I found Iliana Velez and reached out to their office I revived this reply almost immediately. A couple of months into my pregnancy, I started having mild sciatica and hip discomfort. I knew I needed to get some bodywork before it got worse but I couldn't work out an appointment with my regular therapists, so I found this establishment on Groupon and was able to schedule a prenatal massage right away. I had an adjustment from my chiropractor the day before, then received the massage from Iliana. I showed her where I was feeling the most pain and she did a wonderful job addressing the tense/sore areas, as well as a nice, overall massage. I've been coming here for sometime now and love my results. Iliana has been working on me ever since I had my lipo and other surgeries. She takes care of my body and gives me information on the stages my body is going through while it's healing. With all the machines she uses, I can see a difference each time I go.
