Laura, the manager, was unbelievably mean to my poor older mother and told her 'if you don't like our merchandise then you don't have to shop here'. My mother explained that we had not been told when we bought the pants (for $200+) that the zipper was defective and Laura continued to be rude to her. I can't believe that Gretta Luxe would sell defective items that they did not disclose to unsuspecting shoppers. It's deceptive to consumers and bad business. I would warn anyone who is considering shopping here to avoid it. There are many luxury boutiques and department stores where they are respectful to customers and do not sell defective luxury items.
