We suffer hard as a community in the suites at Roseville. April 2025 we were down 4 days and were told the bill was not paid. Now we have an awesome front desk person named Freddy and he finally got the name of internet provider (Consolidated) but they would not talk to him to why the internet has not been working 48 hours now on business days and we have no hope in sight in getting back. The front desk should have access to having the account number on the internet and able to request technical support from the internet provider and access to the billing to make sure they are paying their bills on time, because that is why the internet and phones are going down and causing us small businesses tremendous loss and we don't get any sort of credit on our paid rent and services. They need this information to be a priority for the front desk and not let our entire building floor be sitting ducks, it is so inconsiderate in this day and age and we could of been up and running within hours. I offered to pay the internet and phones and get reimbursed by Regus, that is how desperate I am to get my business up running. The unpaid phone & Internet situation was April 2025 for almost an entire week and now 7/28/26 Tues, 7/29/26 Wednesday and who know how long this will go on. No one can talk to this internet provider. :(
