The air conditioning was way too hot in the summer despite having solar. It was also way too cold in the winter. In three years they didn't fix it. Then when I finally moved out based on false allegations, they kept all my security and cleaning deposit giving no response when I asked about it. The place is very badly managed. Get your receipts right away or they might claim they never got your cash payment! I don't trust their management at all. I'm glad to be out of there!
