My contract with Lynch Design specified several flowers to be included in my wedding centerpieces. He charged me $90 per, and what I ended up with was pure trash. He used a couple roses and surrounded them with weeds. I would have been better off buying arrangements from Giant Eagle. He is impossible to contact. You will only hear from him when receiving his billing statements. I also paid for several boutonnières and corsages which were never delivered. He took my money and failed to render a service. Even now, after several calls, texts, and emails, he will not respond to me. I gave him an opportunity to fix this situation and he will not give me the decency of returning my messages. His failure to perform as promised goes well beyond simply not providing the contracted-for services. I was devastated when I saw the centerpieces--embarrassed even. It changed the whole day for me. Then, when we realized the boutonnières and corsages were missing, we tried throwing together makeshift versions of our own. We were supposed to be taking pictures during that time. Instead, we were frenzied, angry, and so completely disappointed. It is unfortunate that Lynch's inexperience and immaturity have led us all to this point. I cannot believe that I don't already have a complete refund in my hands. I am being forced to pursue legal action at this point. Do yourselves a favor and find another florist. read more

If you want flowers delivered on time, hassle free, from a professional who answers calls, avoid Will Lynch at all costs. Do yourself a favor and trust me, this florist will ruin your day. I wish Yelp would wise up and allow us to give zero stars. read more

SCAM SCAM SCAM. This florist and his team are so nice and accommodating at first, until they get your money. Once you pay, trying to get a hold of them is absolutely impossible. They don't return emails, phone calls, and if you get lucky enough to hear back they're very vague. My wedding was this past Sunday and my color was burgundy. He did everything in light pink. The boutineers were so sad, my Groom's literally looked like a weed in my backyard. My cake was suppose to have flowers put on them and he had TWO leaves placed on it, that's it! My bouquet was tiny, the centerpieces were tiny, and he used FAKE FLOWERS in them! Fake flowers!! We paid thousands of dollars for trash. We had to run to Giant Eagle to get flowers because his work was actually embarrassing. Do not use him, his great reputation is over. read more

From reading other recent posts, this Mr Lynch is either showing his lack of talent and maturity or he's purposely trying to ruin his own business. Lynch Designs came very close to ruining a wedding last weekend delivering wrong colored, wilted, dead flowers to the venue less than 3 hours prior to the wedding. Fortunately, another florist answered the call and saved the day with beautiful flowers. read more

Let me tell you about Will Lynch. You might be thrown off momentarily by the fact that he is young, but mature, smart and professional he is. He did the flowers for my sisters rehearsal dinner as well as her wedding and they were absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! He delivered exactly what she wanted and went above and beyond to make her weekend wonderful. He was on-time, well priced, friendly, and amenable. You will be doing yourself a disservice to pass up using Will and his team. read more

Fail to deliver a portion of the paid-for flowers for my wedding. Will never get that time back. And worse part is that he has been unresponsive to all my calls, emails, etc., and has not returned the money for the services he failed to provide. I gave William Lynch a deposit a year ago for a wedding that was supposed to be in 2018 (he seemed super nice and friendly with great ideas). However we had to reschedule the wedding date but it was well in advance. I called him and he said he would refund me half of the deposit and apply the rest to the new date if/when we rescheduled. Well, I never received half of the deposit back AND I have tried numerous times to reach him about the reschedule and I have received NO RESPONSE. Finally, I got ONE email from him where he said he was on vacation and was sorry for the delay. He asked if I was free to chat the next day - I replied yes with some ideas for my wedding flowers and NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. So now my $1000 is in his pocket and I am going to have to find a new florist. I can't believe this is happening. I am sitting here at 1 am trying to figure out how to get my money back and how to take legal action. = NIGHTMARE. read more
