I also questioned why everyone was being charged $16+ for delivery when several arrangements were going to the same location. She said the distance between the two locations was 40 minutes. Not true. I'm familiar with the area & even Google says it's 15 minutes not 40 minutes. She could have cared less about our concerns. For many, many years, I have used this shop between the different owners. The flowers that arrived did not look anything like the photo, and the flower quality is sad and wilted. I would understand if the flowers were fresh, and the arrangement not exactly like the photo.
