The first time the duct work connected to the unit was unattached, causing my electric bill to be sky high! They did fix that, however the owner Brian Rape, was not even respectful enough to return a call. The second time I called about a problem they told me they would not come out anymore! Since then, I have had another problem. The pipe containing the freon is leaking and needs to be re-welded according to another contractor who looked at it. This is because Jerry's Mechanical did a bad welding job! Obviously, this company does bad work. I would avoid them if I were you!

I had my foundation vents replaced, and the guy sent me pics of this company having cut the belly wrap for the under the house insulation under my master tub and NOT repairing any of it. Under the tub is just wide open. It also appears that the hall shower is leaking. It's a good thing it is not used regularly! I texted them the pics and asked for an explanation. I did not get a response. This mess cost me a lot of money, not to mention the laundry room wall (piece of drywall) they broke moving the master tub in and the many holes they put in my wall to "find" something.
