I went to Vision Plus and showed them my glasses and asked if they could help me. Ten minutes later I was walking out the door with my frames and ear pieces straightened out. What could have been a major disaster and ruined the rest of my trip was taken care of pleasantly and efficiently. The best part is, they performed the service for no charge. I didn't even know what it was until I looked it up, and I didn't realize that without it I wouldn't be able to see up close because none of that was explained to me. When I declined "upgrades," I thought that meant things like anti-glare or scratch-resistant coatings -- not something essential for actually seeing clearly. The staff were friendly, but clearer communication about prescriptions for first-time progressive wearers would be very helpful. I hope this feedback improves the experience for future customers.
