I was specifically looking for a square, blue, wired frame. She spent time with me making sure we found the right size for me and she ordered me a frame in an alternate color. When I returned to Lynden for my eye exam, I had a completely different experience. I was assigned to work with the manager, Dom, and let's just say, the interaction was less than ideal. He lacks professionalism and customer service. He told he that I could not have the blue frame. That I could only choose a frame that he had in stock. I will never work with him again. I left Lynden and got my glasses from Ferndale with Jessica! I am much happier with the experience there. If you can make the drive to Ferndale, i would spend your money there instead of Lynden. Dom doesn't care about his customers.

I walked in on a Saturday looking for a compression angle stop. I have no clue what it is except…read morethat it is a plumbing part. My clueless expression must have shown on my face because the gal at the front desk ask if I needed help. (I later learned her name is Lily) she lead me to the plumbing section and spent some time looking through the rows and rows of straight stops and angle stops hoping to find the right fit. After 5-10 mins she got another staff's (Gabriel) attention asking to help. So together after several minutes and few trips back and forth along the plumbing aisle, they patiently figured out the difference in size fitting between a copper & iron pipe. In the end, Gabriel found the angle stop that fitted the water filter to my bidet. Shout out to Lily and Gabriel for their dedication to assist customers in need. The mattress just rest on the floor. Called them about returning and getting another (more expensive one) and they stated that it was on clearance so no returns or exchanges. And they do not explain anything about the furniture unless asked directly. If we knew that there was no bottom to the frame we would not have purchased it. We could have just placed a mattress on the floor by itself and have the same thing without the hassle. So word of advice - check everything about the furniture you might be getting to make sure it is what you want.
