First, we patiently waited for other people to finish using the washing machines. We understood the situation and respected everyone's turn. When we finally finished washing and started using the dryers, there was no one waiting--at one point, we were the only ones there. Later, more people arrived, and instead of handling the situation respectfully, the employee started yelling at us in front of everyone, telling us that we had to stop using the dryers so the people who had just arrived could use them instead. What upsets me the most is that I was paying for the service too. If I had to wait for hours for my turn, why couldn't the people who arrived after us do the same? It makes no sense to force us to give up dryers that we had already paid for and were actively using. The situation got even worse when the employee took our clothes out of the dryer without our permission, put them in a cart, and gave the dryer--one that we had already paid for--to someone else. Then she said she would rather refund our money and call her manager. I told her to go ahead because this kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, she also told us that she didn't want us to come back. After the way she treated us, don't worry--we won't be coming back. But that doesn't change the fact that no customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect. If management sees this review, please contact me. I would like to speak with the person in charge because the service we received was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at a laundromat. I do not recommend this place at all.
