I've been here multiple times (at least 5-10 visits), and the experience with the attendant (older lady with blonde hair)has been consistently unpleasant. She is often rude and sarcastic, and interactions feel like customers are an inconvenience rather than welcome. There's a noticeable pattern, this isn't a one-off bad day. Each visit has had the same tone, which makes the space feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I'm leaving this feedback in hopes that management addresses it, because the facility itself is fine, but the customer experience needs major improvement. read more

I love the staff at this location but unfortunately their reputation is being hurt by the partners they associate with for dry cleaning in Pensacola. They used to send text messages when your dry cleaning was available to be picked up but no longer. I've talked to other customers and they have the same complaints. We never know if dry cleaning takes 3 days or 10 days. We will be moving our account to a more responsive dry cleaner who has dry cleaning done locally. read more

No issues with the machines washing or drying my clothes. Dryers cost 25 cents for 6mins, add more for more time. And the washing machines were $4.75. Changing the settings did not change the costs (I've traveled to laundromats where that was a feature). The machines do look used and there are signs of soap build-up or a combo of rust, but as I said earlier - that didn't affect my clothes. Some washers and dryers have "Reserved" signs taped to them, presumably for drop-off services. There's a second half of the building reserved for dry-cleaning services. So, if the building is busy, just be wary of limited space. Very friendly staff members. Polite and easy-going. There are vending machines readily available for some snacks and drinks located both in and outside the laundromat. Two televisions; one for news and the other for entertainment (The Singing Mask show and Family Feud were one during my visit). read more

There's a guy that is in here every time that will get all up in your business and damn near sift thru your clothes. Will make you as uncomfortable as he possibly can. Noone likes going to the laundromat let alone having someone breathing down your neck watching you loaf every article of clothing. Dropped off our clothes at 10:25 am. We were promised same day wash and fold service. We were asked if we wanted items on hangars. We said no as we store our clothes folded in our camper. Called at 12:25 pm to check status and I was told that the clothes were in the washer. Ok, fine. Called again at 4:00 pm to check status, and a different woman answered the phone. She had to look around for our order and found it in the dryer. She said her colleague must have forgotten our job in the dryer. I went over there to help fold it. I was told that the morning person should never have accepted a same day order. In addition, I realized while I was doing the folding along with the afternoon woman that the morning person INTENTIONALLY forgot our order so she wouldn't have to fold it. Many shirts and pants and dresses. Meanwhile, my husband's cotton shirts are all crunched up. Anyway, you can see for yourself all the reasons to avoid this place for drop off service. read more

People were packed in the store, and I'm not even exaggerating when I say this, no one was wearing a mask. Neither staff nor customers were wearing a mask. Don't bring any of your children and bring plenty of hand sanitizer with you or disposable gloves. Just stay home if you can. This is disgusting seeing this. read more

Walked in on the drop off side and walked over to the other side with more of the washing machines/dryers and folding tables. Found one of the big washers (5.50) and shoved all my clothes in. The dryer which was probably about 2 or 3 dollars (25 for 5 min?!?) - it's been awhile since I've had to use a coin laundry. (Am only here for disaster relief.) I wanted to support the local businesses. Clean and friendly. Both of the ladies that worked there were very friendly and helpful. Glad there was a table which allowed me to get some work done while I waited around for my laundry. If I ever make it back this way, I know where to go and maybe even drop off my clothes instead. read more

Nice laundromat with plenty of washers and dryers. They also have drop off service. They have change, soap detergent, tv and places to sit and relax. The customer service was exceptional. They were open when I came at 7am. They have wifi but I did not use. Plenty of parking, bathrooms and the place was clean. read more

This laundry mat is one of my favorite. It is very clean and the staff is very nice. I use it to dry condo laundry. The machines are always in great condition (working). The driers are very clean and have no metal sticking up to rip your clothes. The temperature on the driers is set at the right temperature, your clothes do not come out smelling burnt and seem to dry quickly.
