Jenn was excellent as she spoke with me about my needs and desires for my purchase. Jenn showed me several options and encouraged me to try the table and chairs. I quickly found something in my price range and felt no pressure, only support. As Jenn and I spoke, I mentioned needing a new mattress. Jenn asked me if she could show me their options and waited for a response. Jenn never guided me or pushed me to look, knowing that I had only come in for a table. Jenn again showed me multiple options and encouraged me to try them all. I was quickly able to narrow down my choice. In passing, I mentioned a recliner to Jenn, and she asked if I would like to check out what they had in stock. When I declined, she was polite and asked if there was anything else.
