It's a little-known fact that they also do alterations in their costs are very competitive with local tailor's. To hem a pair jeans is only $10 and to use original him is only $17. They also do a great wash & press of dress shirts which I believe are now only $2.39, and obviously they do all other types of dry cleaning quilts wedding dresses etc. With cleaning places you want to make sure that you get great prices but also great service. I have a lot of expensive clothes and they have never ever made a mistake or ruined anything. Also comparing their prices are very reasonable prices for their cleaning. This place is highly recommended and I also referred all of my other business associates here. The other thing is that they go over and above to make the customer happy. The first time, they returned a comforter with mildew stains still on it. The second time, they returned a velvet quilt visibly altered, with pilling, a rough texture, and a clear change in colour. Even after acknowledging the issue, they refused to take responsibility, relied on fine print, and were defensive rather than apologetic. The quilt had great sentimental value to me. They may be fine for basic items like shirts, but do not trust them with anything of value -- there is no quality control and no accountability. Their slogan about "treating customers like family" is just marketing, not a reality.
