This included everything from re-leveling, repairing the roof (in a big way), fixing leaking windows, to replacing the belly wrap and other items underneath the house. They completed the job on time and were very reasonably priced; they arrived when promised and showed themselves to be a professional hard-working company. We will for sure use them for all of our future needs. THANKS GUYS! :)

Pretty plain to see Mr. Curran was invited to give his option and evaluation, but instead chose to throw a temper tantrum, then lie here on Yelp in an attempt to cover it up. Despite Mr. Curran's claims, he was invited to give his evaluation, but refused to do so. It's also plain to see (in contrast to his claim) that I re-iterated to him that I had planned to be there during his scheduled time. That much is right here in the text string in writing. I can appreciate, sir, that you may be a good person. At least that is your own self evaluation and I'm fine with that. You might just not be such a good business person, or perhaps you were having a bad day and you're now having a tough time coming to terms with that....

I've been ripped off repeatedly over the years, including work in the roof which I thought was being properly done . But they were very responsive, came out same day to give me an estimate. They kept me informed as we repeatedly had to push the date back due to snow and rain. But finally they were able to do the job, and in just two days. And that included replacing the ceiling in one room which had caved in due to damage created from an ice dam. John and Cindy are very professional, responsive and I could tell they loved what they do and were committed to doing the best possible job for me. I definitely recommend John for your mobile home repair or roofing needs.

Any business can not give out an estimate to make a repair on a Mobile Home ask for half up front and then change thousands more this man was only asked to put new skirting on my Mobile home It was just the ( SKIRTING ) on the bottom he told me 5,000 00 then wanted 7000.00 that is outrageous and again the LAW Also he takes 85.00 estimates and does not want to give a starting day that is why I'm saying Terrible and do not trust this man.

When he reviewed the specifications for our new light fixtures (already ordered but not delivered), he quickly identified that they wouldn't fit our sloped ceiling. Thanks to his sharp observation, we were able to stop the shipment immediately, saving us significant time, effort, and expense. Despite the busy holiday season, Chris scheduled our installation for December 20th, one of the last working days for many people. He and his team arrived right on time--7 a.m. sharp--and completed the job within the estimated time and budget.
