Requested relavtively easy electrical work (add outside electrical). Prompt response for estimate. In our case, Customer supplies parts. The estimate was a little high, but we wanted to support small business. When work day approached, owner called to say delayed on other job. Put off for 2 weeks. Date came and went. No show. Attempted 3x calls over next week with messages left. No response. After project delay of a month, we choose another company. read more

My wife and I moved to Silver Ranch in Gardnerville on October 2021. Needing a Licensed Electrician for numerous jobs I called several companies which went unanswered or voice mail. I noted an advertisement for OHMS ELECTRIC and gave them a call. Chris, the owner, called me back within hours and set up a day to stop by for an estimate. Within a week, I had a contract and work was completed within 2 weeks. Since I was having other "jobs" performed during this period I decided to use OHMS ELECTRIC for all electrical issues. Chris and Darren (co-worker), we're always on time, had all equipment/supplies on their truck, clean/uniforms, and pleasant with other workers. They always cleaned their area after each work day and notified me of their progress. OHMS ELECTRIC, Chris and Darren, first job was mostly for my wife with interior wiring, new outlet boxes, switches, hung fans/lights, exterior outlets. Eventually our construction project ended with an outdoor 100amp subpanel, 2-220amp (jacuzzi, welder) outlets, 50amp (rv hookup), 110 garden outlets, and electricity to 2 sheds. OHMS ELECTRIC did it all! Chris was very professional and informative. Everything was done to code and Chris made numerous recommendations, which in cases, were less expensive $$$!
