This was my first visit to Iowa and it's beautiful and that goes for the people too. Me and my adult kids were going to the fair when my suv needed an alternator suddenly. Cliff checked my vehicle and found I needed an alternator mine had stopped charging my battery and my dash was lite up like Christmas. I was quoted a fair price and the got it done so fast then delivered it to me at the hotel. Last night we fueled up when we got to town at the Hy-Vee downtown. Drove to our hotel Holiday Inn. Next morning we go to leave for a meeting and the car just smelled strongly of gasoline. It showed 1/2 tank of gas even though we had just filled it. We go to meeting. Leave and then the car shows empty tank! Strong smell of gas, made it like .50 and car sputtered to a dead stop. AAA was quick to get the car to Turpin Dodge and with the Braunability we didn't know what we were in for. Only here for a day an 1/2 we are thinking we lost our trip time here but they gave us a loaner, and we went on our way! We made it to our convention events. They were sooooo kind! They were able to replace the gas line that went bad, gave us loaner for the day, and they were SOOOOO NICE AND ACCOMODATING. We felt blessed to end up here. It was a difficult situation made so much easier because of their assistance!!

I had moved to Davenport but was encouraged by state and local Jeep Clubs to consider "Complete Off-road" in Dubuque for a regear. Being that it is something that is complicated and a redo that will still be about seventy-five miles away from my new home, its something you really hope will be done right the first time. Well, they nailed. I did the regear to 5:13 and have now been driving on it for four months, I have to say, they nailed it. Absolutely no problems and Im convinced I got good intel from the local and state Jeep clubs. Great job guys!
