I told her that urgent care is supposed to close at 8 pm and that I am an hour early ,she said to me the doctor is running behind. we have too many people waiting and it will be a 2 hour wait time and that she has no intention of staying here past the time the urgent care closes. She also said to me they have already seen 40 patients that day and it was a busy day. I explained to her that its the nature of the job. some days are busy and some days not so much. YOu cannot close the door on a patient an hour early. No business does that,no grocery store,no coffee shop ,not even a doctors office does that.
