Despite having numerous conversations and an explicit time line, this man completely skipped over our first dance and our parent dances until nearly the end of the night, after we had reminded him numerous times to play them. He failed to play the right entrance music and song for the bridal party and the cake cutting, falsely announced our names, our parents names, and again did not play our requested last dance song. When confronted about his failure to uphold our contractual agreement, he said he would pack up and leave at that moment. We ended up doing our flower toss and everything else on our own. We have filed suit against him for violating our agreement, as his performance was so awful that he took away from everything else which was so perfect.

A note: there are a decent amount of stairs at the front entrance, but there is an accessible entrance on the other side of the building.
