Thomas Music guys were pros from the start. Since they pinpointed immediately the repair needed, no more, no less, I knew I could trust them. I took my fathers violin in to be appraised a few years ago. However when the violin was returned and I was informed the crack need to be fixed before it could be appraised I noticed that original case was missing. It was replaced with a different case. When I enquired about the original case I was informed that they threw it away. To say I was shocked was an understatement. At the time I was too busy to follow up. I live in Buffalo NY and could not find the time to travel to Rochester to confront Ken Sullivan about this. For someone who admired the case and then told me he threw it away is the most insulting thing I have ever heard. Now that I have the time to think about this I feel compelled to write a review. I would never trust this company again.
